Claims (13)
- たとえば粘膜下注射と組織の切断のような少なくとも2つの外科処置/治療処置を行うのに適した多機能部材(13)において、プラズマ凝固装置と、組織の切断および/または液体の粘膜下注射をするための流体アプリケータと、適当な外科器具(17)によるプラズマ凝固のときの組織の炭化を防止するための炭化防止装置(15)とを有しており、
前記外科器具(17)は、酸化剤の供給部(21)と、ガスの供給部(19)と、プラズマを生成するための電極(23)とを有しており、前記炭化防止装置(15)によってガス・酸化剤プラズマを生成するためのガス・酸化剤混合物が提供される多機能部材。 - 前記酸化剤は液体または気体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記酸化剤はエアロゾルとして存在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記外科器具はエアロゾルを生成するために気化器を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記外科器具(17)はエアロゾルを生成するために超音波発生装置を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記外科器具(17)はエアロゾルを生成するために衝突プレートを有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記酸化剤は水であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記ガスは不活性ガスであり、特にアルゴンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多機能部材。
- 2成分噴霧化装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記2成分噴霧化装置は内部混合式に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記2成分噴霧化装置は外部混合式に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の多機能部材。
- 前記外科器具(17)は前記電極(23)の領域に少なくとも1つの開口部(37)をガス塞栓症の防止のために有する外装(25)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多機能部材。
- 自動吸引式の2成分噴霧化装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の多機能部材。
