Abstract
Description

本発明は、概略、組成物およびそれを形成する方法に関する。いくつかの具体例において、組成物はリチウム−ベース化合物を含み、それはバッテリーを含む電気化学電池における電極物質として用いることができる。
Claims (11)
- 第1の前駆体を第2の前駆体と反応させて、一部反応した組成物を形成し;次いで、粉砕工程を用いて前記一部反応した組成物を加工することを含む、方法。
- 一部反応した組成物をさらに反応させて最終組成物を形成することをさらに含む、請求項1の方法。
- 最終組成物がリチウム−ベース化合物である、請求項2の方法。
- 粉砕工程が一部反応した組成物の粒子サイズを500 nm未満の平均粒子サイズに低減する、請求項1の方法。
- 粉砕工程が一部反応した組成物の粒子サイズを100 nm未満の平均粒子サイズに低減する、請求項1の方法。
- 粉砕工程が一部反応した組成物の粒子サイズを50 nm未満の平均粒子サイズに低減する、請求項1の方法。
- 粉砕工程が所望する相を有する粉砕組成物を生じる、請求項1の方法。
- 最終組成物がリン酸鉄リチウムである、請求項2の方法。
- 最終組成物が20重量%を超える不純物相を含む、請求項2の方法。
- 最終組成物が40重量%を超える不純物相を含む、請求項2の方法。
- 最終組成物が60重量%を超える不純物相を含む、請求項2の方法。
