Abstract
Description
液体ポンプ特にウォーターポンプは、冷却媒体の循環を確実に行うために、例えば自動車に使用される。この場合、種々異なる型式の液体ポンプが使用される。液体ポンプは、一般的に2つの部分より構成されていて、ポンプ領域とモータ領域とを有している。液体循環させるための及び液体ポンプを駆動するためのインペラとして羽根車が使用される。羽根車は、磁気特性を有するようにするために、一般的にプラストフェライト(Plastoferrit)より形成されている。一般的に、羽根車は滑り軸受ブシュに結合されており、該滑り軸受ブシュは、例えば合成樹脂と結合された圧縮成型炭(Presskohle)より形成されている。それによって羽根車は、滑り軸受ブシュを介して軸受ピンに取り付けられたロータとして使用され、軸受ピンを中心として回転する。
本発明の課題は、改善された液体ポンプを提供することである。
Claims (12)
- 液体ポンプ特にウォーターポンプ(1)であって、軸受ピン(13)を有しており、該軸受ピン(13)に、滑り軸受ブシュ(12)を有する羽根車(11)が回転可能に支承されている形式のものにおいて、
前記羽根車(11)と前記滑り軸受ブシュ(12)とが、少なくとも1つの基本材料より一体的に構成されているか又は複数の部分より構成されており、前記滑り軸受ブシュ(12)の基本材料内に、前記軸受ピン(13)における前記滑り軸受ブシュ(12)の滑り特性を改善する別の材料が埋め込まれていることを特徴とする、液体ポンプ。 - 前記別の材料がワックス及び/又は炭素粉末を含んでいる、請求項1記載の液体ポンプ。
- 前記基本材料が、ポリアミド、ポリフタルアミド、部分的に結晶した部分的な芳香族ポリアミド又はポリフェニレンスルフィドを有している、請求項1記載の液体ポンプ。
- 前記羽根車(11)が、磁気材料、有利にはフェライト粉末を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の液体ポンプ。
- 前記軸受ピン(13)が特殊鋼より形成されている、請求項1記載の液体ポンプ。
- 溝として形成された洗浄通路(17)が前記滑り軸受ブシュ(12)内に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の液体ポンプ。
- 前記液体ポンプ(1)にラビリンスシール(14)が配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の液体ポンプ。
- 軸受ピン(13)を有し、該軸受ピン(13)に、滑り軸受ブシュ(12)を有する羽根車(11)が回転可能に支承されている形式の、液体ポンプ特にウォーターポンプ(1)のロータを形成する方法において、
前記羽根車(11)と前記滑り軸受ブシュ(12)とを、同じ基本材料より一体的に構成するか又は複数部分より構成し、前記滑り軸受ブシュ(12)の基本材料内に、前記軸受ピン(13)における前記滑り軸受ブシュ(12)の滑り特性を改善する別の材料を混入することを特徴とする、液体ポンプのロータを形成する方法。 - 前記羽根車(11)と前記滑り軸受ブシュ(12)とを1回の射出成形法により製造する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記別の材料として、ワックス及び/又は炭素粉末を使用する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記基本材料として、ポリアミド、部分的に結晶した部分的な芳香族ポリアミド又はポリフェニレンスルフィドを使用する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記羽根車(11)の基本材料内に、磁気材料有利にはフェライト粉末を埋め込む、請求項8記載の方法。
