Abstract
本发明涉及一种水泵叶轮,属于水泵配件技术领域。其原料按质量百分比的构成为:沥青纤维30-40、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维20-30、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维10-20、聚酰胺纤维10-20、芳香族聚酰胺纤维5-10。该叶轮具有碳纤维质量轻、强度高、弹性好的特性,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水泵叶轮,属于水泵配件技术领域。
背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械。它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等,也可输送液体、气体混合物以及含悬浮固体物的液体。水泵主要由泵壳、泵盖、泵轴、叶轮及密封系统组成。叶轮是潜水泵的重要组成部分,在水泵工作中起着重要作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种新材料制成的质量轻、弹性好、强度高的叶轮。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种水泵叶轮,其原料按质量百分比的构成为:沥青纤维30-40、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维20-30、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维10-20、聚酰胺纤维10-20、芳香族聚酰胺纤维5-10。
该水泵叶轮的制造方法是:
(1)将沥青纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维混合纺丝,制成原丝;
(2)将原丝在200到300摄氏度中预氧化,使得原丝具有耐热性;
(3)将预氧化后的原丝在1300摄氏度至1400摄氏度的高温中碳化;再升温至2400摄氏度石墨化;
(4)将石墨化后的原丝加热后通过螺杆挤出机压入叶轮模具中,在模具内热压成型,制成潜水泵叶轮。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:该新型叶轮采用将沥青纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维混合制成,具有碳纤维的强度特性,又兼具良好的弹性,使得该水泵叶轮质量轻、强度高,使用寿命长。

本实施例的水泵叶轮,其原料按质量百分比的构成为:沥青纤维30-40、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维20-30、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维10-20、聚酰胺纤维10-20、芳香族聚酰胺纤维5-10。
该水泵叶轮的制造方法是:
(1)将沥青纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维混合纺丝,制成原丝;
(2)将原丝在200到300摄氏度中预氧化,使得原丝具有耐热性;
(3)将预氧化后的原丝在1300摄氏度至1400摄氏度的高温中碳化;再升温至2400摄氏度石墨化;
(4)将石墨化后的原丝加热后通过螺杆挤出机压入叶轮模具中,在模具内热压成型,制成潜水泵叶轮。
该新型叶轮采用将沥青纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维混合制成,具有碳纤维的强度特性,又兼具良好的弹性,使得该水泵叶轮质量轻、强度高,使用寿命长。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种水泵叶轮,其特征在于:其原料按质量百分比的构成为:沥青纤维30-40、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维20-30、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维10-20、聚酰胺纤维10-20、芳香族聚酰胺纤维5-10。
2.根据权力要求1所述的水泵叶轮,其特征在于:该叶轮的制造方法是:
(1)将沥青纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维混合纺丝,制成原丝;
(2)将原丝在200到300摄氏度中预氧化,使得原丝具有耐热性;
(3)将预氧化后的原丝在1300摄氏度至1400摄氏度的高温中碳化;再升温至2400摄氏度石墨化;
(4)将石墨化后的原丝加热后通过螺杆挤出机压入叶轮模具中,在模具内热压成型,制成潜水泵叶轮。
