Abstract

é divulgado um método para produzir xilo-oligossacarídeos a partir de uma biomassa contendo xilano e celulose, cujo método é conveniente e tem uma alta produção de xilo-oligossacarídeos por causa da inibição da degradação de xilo-oligossacarídeos em xilose. no método para produzir xilo-oligossacarídeos, uma biomassa contendo xilano e celulose é hidrolisada com uma composição de celulase que tem pelo menos atividades de xilanase, celobiohidrolase e ß-glicosidase e é substancialmente livre de atividade de ß-xilosidase durante a hidrólise.
