Abstract

Claims (20)
- 接着剤をセットする硬化手段照射用の強化マルチオブジェクト組込用固定具であって、
複数の対象物を支持する固定具ハウジングであって、前記固定具ハウジングが複数の結合凹所を画定する壁を有し、前記各結合凹所が前記対象物のうちの1つの第1の部分を受け入れ、前記各結合凹所が前記第1の部分に隣接する前記壁に孔を含み、前記各結合凹所が前記接着剤の選択的硬化用の目標区域を含んで接着剤が前記孔から抜け出るのを防ぐハウジングと、
前記硬化手段を前記各目標区域に集中させる、前記壁と一体化した固定強化構造と、を備えることを特徴とする強化マルチオブジェクト組込用固定具。 - 前記複数の対象物が電池セルを含み、前記硬化手段が紫外線(UV)放射場を含み、前記固定強化構造が前記UV放射場を前記各目標区域に光学的に集中させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化マルチオブジェクト組込用固定具。

- 前記ハウジング固定具が金型および成型工程を用いて作成される成型プラスチック構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化マルチオブジェクト組込用固定具。
- 前記固定強化構造が前記金型によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の強化マルチオブジェクト組込用固定具。
- 前記ハウジング固定具が金型および成型工程を用いて作成される成型プラスチック構造であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の強化マルチオブジェクト組込用固定具。
- 前記固定強化構造が前記金型によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の強化マルチオブジェクト組込用固定具。
- (a)複数の素子を実装したモジュール固定具に高湿潤性接着剤を分注するステップであって、前記モジュール固定具が複数の結合凹所を設け、各結合凹所が1つまたは複数の前記素子の第1の部分を受け入れ、前記モジュール固定具が1つまたは複数の前記結合凹所と連通する1つまたは複数の孔を含み、前記接着剤が硬化手段の印加後に選択的に硬化されるステップと、
(b)前記モジュール固定具に略均一に前記硬化手段を印加するステップと、
(c)前記モジュール固定具に統合された固定強化構造を用いて、前記略均一に印加される硬化手段を前記複数の結合凹所に対応する複数の目標区域に集中させるステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする改良された結合方法。 - 前記複数の対象物が電池セルを含み、前記硬化手段が紫外線(UV)放射場を含み、前記固定強化構造が前記UV放射場を前記各目標区域に光学的に集中させることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の改良された結合方法。
- 前記固定強化が、前記UV放射場を前記各目標区域に向けて、前記結合凹所の前記目標区域以外の部分から遠ざけるように屈折させる湾曲面と、前記UV放射場を前記各目標区域に向けて、前記結合凹所の前記目標区域以外の部分から遠ざけるように反射させる外表面と、前記UV放射場を前記各目標区域に向けて、前記結合凹所の前記目標区域以外の部分から遠ざけるように反射させる内表面と、前記UV放射場を前記目標区域に対して減衰させる粗化された外表面と、前記UV放射場を前記目標区域に対して透過させる研磨された外表面と、それらの組み合わせと、から成る群のうち2つまたは3以上から選択されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の改良された結合方法。
- 前記ハウジング固定具が金型および成型工程を用いて作成される成型プラスチック構造であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の改良された結合方法。
- 前記固定強化構造が前記金型によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の改良された結合方法。
- 前記ハウジング固定具が金型および成型工程を用いて作成される成型プラスチック構造であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の改良された結合方法。
- 前記固定強化構造が前記金型によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の改良された結合方法。
- 対象物周囲に接着剤をセットする硬化手段照射用の強化組込用固定具であって、
対象物を支持する固定具ハウジングであって、前記固定具ハウジングが前記対象物の第1の部分を受け入れる結合凹所を画定する壁を有し、前記結合凹所が前記第1の部分に隣接する前記壁に孔を含み、各結合凹所が前記接着剤の選択的硬化のための目標区域を含んで接着剤が前記孔から抜け出るのを抑制する固定具ハウジングと、
前記硬化手段を前記各目標区域に集中させる、前記壁と一体化した固定強化構造と、
を備えることを特徴とする強化組込用固定具。
