Abstract
【解決手段】内歯歯車12と、該内歯歯車12に内接噛合する第1、第2外歯歯車14、16と、を備えるとともに、内歯歯車12の軸心O3からL1だけオフセットした位置に第1、第2外歯歯車14、16を揺動させるための複数のクランク軸18を備えた偏心揺動型の減速機10において、複数のクランク軸18のそれぞれの端部18Aに、入力側(入力ピニオン32)からの動力を該クランク軸18に伝達する振り分け歯車30を連結するためのスプライン24を備え、かつ該スプライン24の軸方向内側に、該スプライン24の歯底(歯底円径D1)よりも深い(径の小さい)凹部58を形成した。

Claims (6)
- 内歯歯車と、該内歯歯車に内接噛合する外歯歯車と、を備えるとともに、前記内歯歯車の軸心からオフセットした位置に前記外歯歯車を揺動させるための複数のクランク軸を備えた偏心揺動型の減速機において、
前記複数のクランク軸のそれぞれの端部に、入力側からの動力を該クランク軸に伝達する歯車を連結するためのスプラインを備え、かつ
該スプラインの軸方向内側に、該スプラインの歯底よりも深い凹部を形成した
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1において、
前記凹部を潤滑剤溜まりとして機能させた
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記凹部の肩部で、前記歯車の軸方向の位置決めを行う
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記スプラインの歯先円径より前記凹部の肩部の外径の方が大きい
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記凹部の外周に前記歯車の組み付け位置を調整するためのスペーサが配置されている
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかにおいて、
前記歯車の内周に、前記凹部の少なくとも一部が位置している
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速機。
