Claims (5)
- 車体フレーム(F)に搭載される機関本体(22)のシリンダヘッド(28)と、該シリンダヘッド(28)の後方に配置される吸気量制御手段(47)とが、厚肉部(48a)ならびに該厚肉部(48a)よりも外径を小さくした薄肉部(48b)が相互間に段部(53)を形成しつつ一体にかつ同軸に連設されて成る樹脂製のインレットパイプ(48)を介して接続される車両用内燃機関の吸気装置において、前記インレットパイプ(48)がその中心軸線(C)を直線状とするように形成され、前記段部(53)が、前記中心軸線(C)と斜めに交差する仮想平面(PL1)に沿うように形成されることを特徴とする車両用内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 前記段部(53)が、前記シリンダヘッド(28)への前記インレットパイプ(48)の接続状態で後上がりに傾斜して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 前記インレットパイプ(48)が、前記厚肉部(48a)を前記シリンダヘッド(28)側に配置するようにして前記シリンダヘッド(28)および前記吸気量制御手段(47)間を接続し、前記厚肉部(48a)に取付けられる燃料噴射弁(55)を挿入するための弁挿入孔(57)が前記厚肉部(48a)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両用内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 前記燃料噴射弁(55)は、その中心軸線(CI)が前記インレットパイプ(48)の中心軸線(C)となす角度(β)を、前記段部(53)および前記インレットパイプ(48)の中心軸線(C)がなす角度(α)よりも小さくして、前記厚肉部(48a)の上部に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項3記載の車両用内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 前記インレットパイプ(48)の両端部に取付けフランジ部(48c,48d)がそれぞれ設けられ、前記両取付けフランジ部(48c,48d)のうち前記シリンダヘッド(28)に締結される取付けフランジ部(48d)に前端が連設されるようにして前記厚肉部(48a)の外周から突出するリブ(48f)が、側面視で前記インレットパイプ(48)の中心軸線(C)よりも上方で前記段部(53)まで後方に直線状に延びるようにして前記インレットパイプ(48)に一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の車両用内燃機関の吸気装置。
