Abstract
【解決手段】1価の陽イオン及び陰イオンからなる複数の不純物イオンをそれぞれ1g/L以下の含有量で含む硫酸ニッケル水溶液のpHを2.5以下に調整して維持し、その硫酸ニッケル水溶液を1価選択性を有する陽イオン交換膜及び陰イオン交換膜を用いた電気透析法により電気透析する。

Description
ニッケルイオン濃度が88g/L、ナトリウムイオン濃度が0.12g/L、塩化物イオン濃度が0.41g/Lである硫酸ニッケル水溶液(サンプル液)に、硫酸を添加してpHを2.2に調整し、電気透析にかけて不純物除去を行った。
ニッケルイオン濃度が93g/L、ナトリウムイオン濃度が0.16g/L、塩化物イオン濃度が0.41g/L、アンモニウムイオン濃度が0.01g/L、硝酸イオン濃度が0.08g/Lであり、pH4.4の硫酸ニッケル水溶液(サンプル液)に対して電気透析を行った。このとき、pH調整は行わずに電気透析処理を行った。なお、電気透析機器及び条件は、実施例1と同様にして行った。
Claims (6)
- 1価の陽イオン及び陰イオンからなる複数の不純物イオンをそれぞれ1g/L以下の含有量で含む硫酸ニッケル水溶液のpHを2.5以下に調整して維持し、該硫酸ニッケル水溶液を1価選択性を有する陽イオン交換膜及び陰イオン交換膜を用いた電気透析法により電気透析することを特徴とする硫酸ニッケル水溶液の精製方法。
- 上記硫酸ニッケル水溶液のpHを1.5以上2.5以下に調整することを特徴とする請求項1記載の硫酸ニッケル水溶液の精製方法。
- 上記硫酸ニッケル水溶液のpHが4.0より大きくなった時点で、電気透析を終了することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の硫酸ニッケル水溶液の精製方法。
- 電極間に流れる電流密度値が1.5A/m2未満となった時点で、電気透析を終了することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の硫酸ニッケル水溶液の精製方法。
- 上記不純物イオンとして、ナトリウムイオン、アンモニウムイオン、塩化物イオン、硝酸イオンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の硫酸ニッケル水溶液の精製方法。
- ニッケル濃度が80〜130g/Lであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の硫酸ニッケル水溶液の精製方法。
