Abstract
【解決手段】医療用セラミック材料は、アルミナ及びジルコニアを含む複合材料を用いて形成される。複合材料には、酸化コバルトが含まれている。酸化コバルト以外の複合材料の質量を100質量%とした場合に、酸化コバルトの含有量は、0.2質量%〜1.0質量%に設定されている。

実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜3のそれぞれについて、γ線の照射の前と、γ線の照射の後との間での色差値を測定した。色差は、分光測色計(コニカミノルタ製、CM−370d)を用いて測定した。具体的には、実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜3のそれぞれについて、表面の拡散反射率の測定を行うことで、CIE(国際照明委員会)L*a*b*表色系における値を得た。この得た値から色差値を算出した。

尚、ΔEは、実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜3のそれぞれについて、γ線の照射の前後における色差であり、上記色空間における距離を示す。また、dL*は、実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜3のそれぞれについて、γ線の照射の前後における、明度の差である。また、da*及びdb*は、実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜3のそれぞれについて、γ線の照射の前後における、クロマネティクス指数の差である。
次に、実施例4,5及び比較例1,2,3のそれぞれについて、機械的性質を測定した。具体的には、実施例4,5及び比較例1,2,3のそれぞれについて、密度、強度(4点曲げ強度)、破壊靱性値、及び硬度(ビッカース硬さ)を測定した。測定方法、条件は以下の通りである。
密度:ISO18754に準拠し、嵩密度を測定した。
4点曲げ強度:ISO14704:2008に準拠し、クロスヘッドスピード 0.5mm/min、上スパン20mm、下スパン40mmの条件にて測定した。
破壊靭性:ISO15732に準拠し、SEPB法にて、試験片形状3×4×40mm、圧痕押し込み荷重98N(1点)、3点曲げ試験法にて、下スパン30mm、クロスヘッドスピード0.5mm/minの条件にて測定した。
硬さ:ISO14705に準拠したビッカース硬さ試験にて、押し込み荷重9.8N、15秒保持の条件にて測定した。
結果を表2に示す。
Claims (4)
- アルミナ及びジルコニアを含む複合材料を用いて形成され、
前記複合材料は、酸化コバルトを含み、
前記酸化コバルト以外の前記複合材料の質量を100質量%とした場合に、前記酸化コバルトの含有量が、0.2質量%〜1.0質量%であることを特徴とする、
医療用セラミック材料。 - 請求項1に記載の医療用セラミック材料であって、
前記酸化コバルトの含有量が、0.2質量%〜0.5質量%であることを特徴とする、医療用セラミック材料。 - 少なくとも、アルミナ、ジルコニア、及び酸化コバルトのそれぞれの粉末を混合することにより、混合粉末を形成する混合ステップと、
前記混合粉末を加圧成形することにより、圧粉体を形成する加圧成形ステップと、
前記圧粉体を焼成する焼成ステップと、
を含み、
前記混合ステップで形成された前記混合粉末のうち、前記酸化コバルト以外の前記混合粉末の質量を100質量%とした場合に、前記混合粉末には、前記酸化コバルトが0.2質量%〜1.0質量%含まれていることを特徴とする、医療用セラミック材料の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の医療用セラミック材料の製造方法であって、
前記混合ステップにおける前記酸化コバルトは、四酸化三コバルトを含むことを特徴とする、医療用セラミック材料の製造方法。
