Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態の捲回装置は、回転して被捲回物を巻き取るとともに回転中心の延びる方向に垂直な断面が非正円形である捲芯と、前記被捲回物の移動方向に沿って前記捲芯よりも上流に配置されて前記被捲回物を挟み込む挟持装置であって、第1の挟持部と、前記第1の挟持部との間に前記被捲回物を挟みこむ第2の挟持部とを具備し、前記第1,2の挟持部間を通り前記第1,2の挟持部間に前記被捲回物を挟み込む方向と前記回転中心の延びる方向とに垂直な仮想線が前記回転中心からずれた位置を通るとともに前記捲芯が回転する際に前記捲芯の少なくとも一部が前記仮想線に重なる挟持装置とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 回転して被捲回物を巻き取るとともに回転中心の延びる方向に垂直な断面が非正円形である捲芯と、
前記被捲回物の移動方向に沿って前記捲芯よりも上流に配置されて前記被捲回物を挟み込む挟持装置であって、第1の挟持部と、前記第1の挟持部との間に前記被捲回物を挟みこむ第2の挟持部とを具備し、前記第1,2の挟持部間を通り前記第1,2の挟持部間に前記被捲回物を挟み込む方向と前記回転中心の延びる方向とに垂直な仮想線が前記回転中心からずれた位置を通るとともに前記捲芯が回転する際に前記捲芯の少なくとも一部が前記仮想線に重なる挟持装置と
を具備することを特徴とする捲回装置。 - 前記捲芯に設けられて前記被捲回物を前記捲芯に固定する固定手段と、
前記仮想線が前記固定手段を通るように前記捲芯と前記挟持装置との相対位置関係を調整する位置調整手段と
を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回装置。 - 前記位置調整手段は、前記挟持装置の位置を調整する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の捲回装置。 - 前記捲芯において前記仮想線が通る位置に設けられて前記被捲回物を前記捲芯に固定する固定手段を具備する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回装置。 - 被捲回物の移動方向に沿って捲芯よりも上流に配置されて前記被捲回物を挟み込む第1,2の挟持部を備える挟持装置と前記捲芯との相対位置を、前記第1,2の挟持部間を通り前記第1,2の挟持部間に前記被捲回物を挟み込む方向と前記捲芯の回転中心の延びる方向とに垂直な仮想線が、前記捲芯に設けられて前記捲芯に前記被捲回物を固定する固定手段を通る位置に位置決めし、
前記第1,2の挟持部間に前記被捲回物を通し、
前記第1,2の挟持部間を通った前記被捲回物を前記捲芯の前記固定手段に固定し、
前記捲芯と前記挟持装置との相対位置を、前記仮想線が前記捲芯の回転中心からずれた位置を通るとともに前記捲芯が回転する際に前記捲芯の少なくとも一部が前記仮想線に重なる位置に位置決めし、
前記捲芯を回転することによって前記捲芯に前記被捲回物を捲回する
ことを特徴とする捲回方法。
