Abstract
【解決手段】膜1は、熱可塑性ポリウレタンから射出成形法により作製され、膜1の長さ方向に渉って均等に配置された複数の射出注入点4を備え、その射出注入点4域に、膜1の肉厚部3が形成され、膜1の長さ方向に渉って射出注入点4を連結するリブ5が伸長していることを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 通気装置用の膜であって、
膜(1)が、熱可塑性ポリウレタンから射出成形法により作製されることを特徴とする通気装置用の膜。 - 膜(1)の中心に1つの射出注入点(4)を備えるか、又は膜(1)の長さ方向に渉って均等に配置された複数の射出注入点(4)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気装置用の膜。
- 膜(1)の肉厚部(3)が、射出注入点(4)域に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の通気装置用の膜。
- 膜(1)の長さ方向に渉って、リブ(5)が伸長していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気装置用の膜。
- 膜(1)の少なくとも長さ方向に、通気装置の側周縁を嵌め込むスリット状の凹所(8)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気装置用の膜。
- 通気装置の下側が密着する少なくとも1つの密封縁(10)が凹所(8)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の通気装置用の膜。
- 凹所(8)及び/又は密封縁(10)は、膜(1)の下側を廻って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の通気装置用の膜。
- 凹所(8)を形成している膜(1)の側周壁(7)は、基面(6)よりも厚く、基面(6)より直角に伸長し且つ凹所(8)を形成するように、密封縁(10)を有する下部保持部(9)へと移行していることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の通気装置用の膜。
- 基面(6)は、多数のスリットを備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の通気装置用の膜。
