Abstract

Claims (10)
- 特に水素貯蔵タンクといった貯蔵タンク用の高分子インナーライナを製造する方法であって、
・ 構造層およびバリア層を含むポリマー材料製の円柱状の本体であって、第1の開放末端および前記開放末端での第1の周縁接続タブを有する円柱状の本体を提供するステップと、
・ 前記円柱状の本体の第1の開放末端の断面に実質的に相当する断面を備えるベースを有すると共に、その周縁末端部分で第2の周縁接続タブを有する、ポリマー材料製のドーム状末端キャップを提供するステップと、
・ 前記第1および第2の周縁タブが相互に接触するよう、前記末端キャップを、そのベースで前記円柱状の本体の第1の開放末端上に配置するステップと、
・ 両方の接続タブを一緒に溶接するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記溶接タブが、前記円柱状の本体の外表面および前記末端キャップの外表面が一緒に溶接されるよう、内方に屈曲している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接タブが、前記ライナの壁厚を超えるが前記ライナの壁厚の5倍以下の長さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記円柱状の本体が吹込成形によって形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記末端キャップが、タンク機能に必要な付属品上に成形され、または既存の部品を熱成形すること、およびこのような付属品(またはそのための接続部分)をこれらの熱成形部品上に固定することにより得られる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バリア層が、エチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー(EVOH)を含み、500μm未満の厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られるライナを用いて貯蔵タンクを製造する方法であって、炭素繊維フィラメント複合体が、前記ライナの外側の周りに巻回されて、外側シェルの少なくとも一部が形成される方法。
- 前記ライナおよび前記外側シェルは、相互に同軸方向に隣接し、これらの2つは、異なる速度で膨張および収縮可能であるよう接続されていない、請求項7に記載の方法。
