Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の励磁器は、被検査体の検査面に配置された一箇所のギャップを挟むように配置された磁性材板と、前記ギャップ部に配置した1つの検出コイル及び前記検出器の直上に配置した導電性を有する板で構成することを特徴とする。
【効果】本発明によれば、リフトオフ信号の発生を抑え、かつ渦電流の発生領域を狭くすることで、微小欠陥の検出性に優れたプローブを提供することができる。

Claims (4)
- 励磁コイルと磁性材を励磁器として利用する渦電流探傷プローブにおいて、
前記励磁器は、被検査体の検査面に配置された一箇所のギャップを挟むように配置された磁性材板と、前記ギャップ部に配置した1つの検出コイル及び前記検出器の直上に配置した導電性を有する板で構成することを特徴とする渦電流探傷プローブ。 - 請求項1において、
当該励磁器は、前記磁性材板を被検査体に対向する面に平行に、一定のギャップを設けた配置であり、前記導電性を有する板は最も広い平面部が前記被検査体の検査面に直交し、かつ前記ギャップの幅方向に直交する方向に配置されるとともに、前記検出コイルに隣り合うように配置されることを特徴とする渦電流探傷プローブ。 - 請求項2において、
前記ギャップに配置された検出コイルの軸は、被検査体の検査面と直交する、または被検査体の検査面と平行であって前記ギャップの幅方向に直交することを特徴とする渦電流探傷プローブ。 - 請求項2又は3において、
前記導電性を有する板とは別の導電性を有する板を、前記ギャップを設けた磁性材板を覆うように、前記被検査体側の面に配置したことを特徴とする渦電流探傷プローブ。
