Abstract
【解決手段】車輪5とともに回転するディスク6を挟んで摩擦力を付与するキャリパブレーキ装置100であって、車体に支持されるキャリパ本体10と、キャリパ本体10に対して進退しディスク6に摺接して摩擦力を付与可能な制輪子7と、制輪子7を支持するガイドプレート8と、ガイドプレート8をキャリパ本体10に進退自在に支持するアンカピン43と、キャリパ本体10に対して進退し、ガイドプレート8を介して制輪子7を押圧可能なピストン52と、ピストン52の背面52bに当接するとともにキャリパ本体10内に圧力室55を画成し、圧力室55内の圧縮空気の圧力によって弾性変形してピストン52を移動させるダイヤフラム53と、ピストン52をアンカピン43に摺動自在に支持するピストンプレート58とを備える。

Claims (6)
- 車輪とともに回転するディスクを挟んで摩擦力を付与するキャリパブレーキ装置であって、
車体に支持されるキャリパ本体と、
前記キャリパ本体に対して進退し、前記ディスクに摺接して摩擦力を付与可能な制輪子と、
前記制輪子を支持するガイドプレートと、
前記ガイドプレートを前記キャリパ本体に進退自在に支持するアンカピンと、
前記キャリパ本体に対して進退し、前記ガイドプレートを介して前記制輪子を押圧可能なピストンと、
前記ピストンの背面に当接するとともに前記キャリパ本体内に圧力室を画成し、当該圧力室内の作動流体の圧力によって弾性変形して前記ピストンを移動させる弾性膜と、
前記ピストンを前記アンカピンに摺動自在に支持するピストンプレートと、を備えることを特徴とするキャリパブレーキ装置。 - 前記ピストンプレートは、前記アンカピンが挿入される摺動孔を有し、当該アンカピンの軸方向に摺動して、前記ガイドプレートに対して平行移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンプレートは、前記ピストンと一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンと前記ガイドプレートとの間に設けられ、前記制輪子から前記ピストンへの伝熱を抑制する断熱プレートを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記ピストンが前記制輪子を押圧する制動状態にて、前記ガイドプレートと前記ピストンプレートとの間には隙間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
- 前記隙間には、制動解除時に前記ガイドプレートから前記ピストンプレートを離間させるように付勢する付勢部材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のキャリパブレーキ装置。
