Abstract
【解決手段】パワートレインモジュールは、入力部と、入力部を支持するバルクヘッドと、ロータサポートと、ロータサポートに駆動可能に接続されたトルクコンバータケースと、バルクヘッドに支持されたステータとロータサポートに接続されたロータとを含む電動機械と、入力部に駆動可能に接続されたクラッチハブと、クラッチハブとロータサポートとの間の駆動接続を交互に開閉するクラッチとを備える。

Claims (16)
- 入力部と、
前記入力部を支持するバルクヘッドと、
ロータサポートと、
前記ロータサポートに駆動可能に接続されたトルクコンバータケースと、
前記バルクヘッドに支持されたステータと、前記ロータサポートに接続されたロータとを含む電動機械と、
前記入力部に駆動可能に接続されたクラッチハブと、
前記クラッチハブと前記ロータサポートとの間の駆動接続を交互に開閉するクラッチとを備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記クラッチハブに支持され、前記クラッチを作動させるサーボ機構をさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に接続されるとともに、エンジン出力部に接続可能なねじりダンパをさらに備え、上記ねじりダンパは、前記エンジン出力部と前記入力部との間のトルク伝達経路に位置することを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記バルクヘッドに嵌合して前記入力部の回転を支える第1ベアリングをさらに備える
ことを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記ロータサポートは、
前記ロータと前記クラッチとに固定された管と、
前記管に固定されるとともに、第2ベアリングによって前記バルクヘッドに支持されて回転する脚部とをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項5に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記クラッチハブに固定された複数の第1クラッチ板と、
前記管に固定された複数の第2クラッチ板と、
前記クラッチハブによって形成されたシリンダと、
前記入力部の近傍に位置し、前記入力部に支持されるバランスダムと、
前記入力部に支持されるとともに前記シリンダ内で移動可能であり、前記第1および第2クラッチ板を互いに摩擦係合させることによって前記クラッチを係合させるピストンと、
前記入力部に支持されるとともに、前記ピストンを前記第1および第2クラッチ板から離して前記第1および第2クラッチ板の係合を互いに解消させることによって前記クラッチを切り離すリターンスプリングとをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項5に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記バルクヘッドおよび前記脚部に固定される共振器をさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記バルクヘッドは、
油圧油を収納する油溜めと、
ソレノイド作動弁と、
油圧によって前記ソレノイド作動弁と連通するラインとをさらに含むことを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 入力部と、
前記入力部を支持するバルクヘッドと、
ロータサポートと、
前記ロータサポートに駆動可能に接続されたトルクコンバータケースと、
前記バルクヘッドに支持されたステータと、前記ロータサポートに接続されたロータとを含む電動機械と、
前記入力部と前記ロータサポートとの間の駆動接続を交互に開閉するクラッチと、
前記入力部に支持され、前記クラッチを作動させるサーボ機構とを備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項9に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に駆動可能に接続され、前記サーボ機構を支持するクラッチハブと、
上記入力部および上記クラッチハブに形成され、油圧によって上記サーボ機構と連通する複数の油圧ラインとをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項9に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に接続されるとともに、エンジン出力部に接続可能なダンパをさらに備え、
上記ダンパは上記エンジン出力部と前記入力部との間のトルク伝達経路に位置することを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項9に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記バルクヘッドに嵌合して前記入力部の回転を支える第1ベアリングをさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項9に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記ロータサポートは、
前記ロータと前記クラッチとに固定された管と、
前記管に固定されるとともに、第2ベアリングによって前記バルクヘッドに支持されて回転する脚部をさらに含むことを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項13に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記入力部に駆動可能に接続されたクラッチハブをさらに備え、
前記クラッチは、
前記クラッチハブに固定された複数の第1板と、
前記管に固定された複数の第2板と、
前記クラッチハブによって形成されたシリンダとをさらに含み、
前記サーボ機構は、
前記入力部の近傍に位置し、前記入力部に支持されるバランスダムと、
前記入力部に支持されるとともに前記シリンダ内で移動可能であり、前記第1板および第2板を互いに摩擦係合させることによって前記クラッチを係合させるピストンと、
前記入力部に支持されるとともに、前記ピストンを前記第1および第2板から離して前記第1および第2板の係合を互いに解消させることによって前記クラッチを切り離すリターンスプリングとをさらに含むことを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項13に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記バルクヘッドおよび前記脚部に固定される共振器をさらに備えることを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。 - 請求項9に記載のパワートレインモジュールにおいて、
前記バルクヘッドは、
油圧油を収納する油溜めと、
ソレノイド作動弁と、
油圧によって前記ソレノイド作動弁と連通するラインとをさらに含むことを特徴とするパワートレインモジュール。
