Abstract
【解決手段】1)三価クロム化合物、2)塩素イオン、硝酸イオン、硫酸イオンから選択される少なくとも1種のイオン供給源、3)二種類以上の有機酸又は有機酸塩、を含有し、pH2.8〜5.0で使用することを特徴とする亜鉛めっき又は亜鉛系合金めっき用三価クロム有色化成皮膜処理液。

Description
亜鉛めっきを施した鉄板(表面積1dm2)を、硝酸クロムをクロムとして3g/L、有機酸としてシュウ酸を8g/L及びマロン酸を4g/L含み、硝酸根が20g/Lになるように硝酸ソーダを添加し、温度30℃、pHを3.0に調整した三価クロム有色化成皮膜処理液に30秒浸漬し、耐食性及び処理外観を評価した。
比較例2:実施例1からマロン酸を抜き、シュウ酸を12g/Lとし、pHを2.0とした処理液で実施した。
比較例3:比較例2をpH3.0で実施した。
比較例4〜15:比較例2のシュウ酸を下表の有機酸に置き換えて実施した。
Claims (6)
- 1)三価クロム化合物、2)塩素イオン、硝酸イオン、硫酸イオンから選択される少なくとも1種のイオン供給源、3)二種類以上の有機酸又は有機酸塩、を含有し、pH2.8〜5.0で使用することを特徴とする亜鉛めっき又は亜鉛系合金めっき用三価クロム有色化成皮膜処理液。
- 前記有機酸又は有機酸塩のうち一種以上が分子量500以下のポリカルボン酸又はこれらの塩である請求項1に記載の処理液。
- さらに有機硫黄化合物を含有する請求項1又は2に記載の処理液。
- さらにセリウムを含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の処理液。
- 水分散性シリカを含有しない請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の処理液。
- 亜鉛めっき又は亜鉛鉄合金めっきを施した品物を請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の処理液に浸漬させる三価クロム有色化成皮膜処理方法。
