Claims (6)
- 約0.1mgml−1以上の濃度の個々の帯電したナノ材料および溶媒を含む分散ナノ材料の溶液。
- 前記ナノ材料がナノチューブを含み、前記溶液が約0.01mgml−1を超える濃度の個々の帯電したナノチューブおよび溶媒を含む、請求項2に記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液が個々の帯電したナノチューブを約0.1mgml−1以上の濃度で含む、請求項2に記載の溶液。
- 前記ナノチューブがカーボンナノチューブである、請求項2または3に記載の溶液。
- 前記ナノチューブがシングルウォールナノチューブである、請求項4に記載の溶液。
- 前記溶媒がNMPまたはDMFである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の溶液。
