Abstract
【解決手段】燃料をガス化するガス化炉20と、ガス化炉20に燃料を供給する燃料供給装置10とを備え、ガス化炉20は、該ガス化炉20内に燃料および空気を導入する内筒23を備える。ガス化炉20内で発生したガスを、ガス経路を介してエンジン発電機100に供給する。前記内筒23の下端部が燃料で塞がれているか否かを検出するための検出手段25と、燃料検出手段25の信号に基づいて内筒23の下端部が燃料で塞がれていないと判断した場合に、エンジン発電機100へのガスの供給を停止する制御装置28を設けている。

図6(a)にタール濃度とCH4濃度との関係を示す。すなわち、タール濃度とCH4濃度とは相関があるため、CH4濃度をガス濃度センサで検出し分析計で分析することにより、タール濃度を検出することができる。

Claims (3)
- 燃料をガス化するガス化炉と、前記ガス化炉に燃料を供給する燃料供給装置とを備え、前記ガス化炉は、該ガス化炉内に燃料および空気を導入する内筒を備え、前記ガス化炉内で発生したガスを、ガス経路を介してエンジンに供給するように構成したガス化装置において、
前記内筒の下端部が燃料で塞がれているか否かを検出するための検出手段と、
前記燃料検出手段の信号に基づいて前記内筒の下端部が燃料で塞がれていないと判断した場合に、前記エンジンへのガスの供給を停止する制御装置を設けたことを特徴とするガス化装置。 - 燃料をガス化するガス化炉と、前記ガス化炉に燃料を供給する燃料供給装置とを備え、前記ガス化炉内で発生したガスを、ガス経路を介してエンジンに供給するように構成したガス化装置において、
前記ガス化炉内におけるタールの発生に起因する炉内雰囲気状態を監視するための検出手段と、
前記検出手段による検出信号値と、予め設定された基準値とを比較し、炉内雰囲気状態がタール回避必要と判断した場合に、エンジンへのガスの供給を停止する制御装置を設けたことを特徴とするガス化装置。 - 前記請求項1または2に記載のガス化装置において、復帰後所定時間経過した後にエンジンに燃料を供給することを特徴とするガス化装置。
