Abstract
【解決手段】容器30と、容器30内に収納される電極体11と、容器30に設けられた電極端子23と、電極端子23と電極体11とを電気的に接続する集電体12とを備える非水電解質二次電池1であって、集電体12は、容器30内に位置し、電極端子23に接続される基台部12bと、基台部12bから延伸し、電極体11をその間に挟み込んだ状態で、電極体11に接続される板状の複数の腕部12cと、を有し、複数の腕部12cのうちで最も外側に位置する一対の腕部12cの間隔W2は、一対の腕部12cの並び方向における基台部12bの幅W1より大きい。

Claims (9)
- 容器と、前記容器内に収納される電極体と、前記容器に設けられた電極端子と、前記電極端子と前記電極体とを電気的に接続する集電体とを備える蓄電素子であって、
前記集電体は、
前記容器内に位置し、前記電極端子に接続される基台部と、
前記基台部から延伸し、前記電極体をその間に挟み込んだ状態で、前記電極体に接続される板状の複数の腕部と、を有し、
前記複数の腕部のうちで最も外側に位置する一対の前記腕部の間隔は、前記一対の腕部の並び方向における前記基台部の幅より大きい
蓄電素子。 - 前記一対の腕部は、前記電極体に接続される一対の腕本体と、前記一対の腕本体と前記基台部とを繋ぐ一対の渡り部分を有し、
前記一対の渡り部分は、その間隔が、前記基台部に向かうに従って小さくなっている
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記一対の渡り部分は、前記腕本体と前記基台部と繋ぐ平板状の部分である
請求項2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記基台部は、
前記電極端子と直接接続される板状の板部と、
前記一対の渡り部分のそれぞれと連続して形成され、前記板部に対して屈曲または湾曲している壁部と、を有する
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記容器は、その外壁の一部が外側に向けて突出することにより形成される凸部と、前記凸部が形成されることにより前記凸部に対応する位置の前記容器の内壁に形成される凹部とを有し、
前記集電体の前記基台部は、前記凹部内において前記電極端子に接続される
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記凹部は、最も外側の底面と、前記底面と前記容器の内壁との間に連続して形成される側面とを有し、
前記側面は、前記渡り部分および前記壁部の少なくとも一方の外形に対応した形状を有する

前記凹部と前記集電体の前記基台部との間に位置する絶縁部材を、備え、
前記絶縁部材および前記基台部は、前記底面と前記凹部が形成される面との間に収納される
請求項5または6に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記凹部は、前記電極端子に貫通される貫通孔が形成されており、
前記電極端子は、前記凹部の前記容器の外側に配置される板状の端子本体と、前記凹部の前記貫通孔を貫通する柱状の接続部と、前記凹部内において、前記容器および前記集電体を前記端子本体とともに挟み込んで圧着することにより前記集電体に電気的に接続される圧着端部とを有し、
前記基台部、前記圧着端部および前記絶縁部材は、前記底面と前記凹部が形成される面との間に収納される
請求項7に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記圧着端部は、前記接続部の前記端子本体とは反対側の端部がかしめられることにより形成される、前記貫通孔の径よりも外径が大きいかしめ端である
