Abstract
【解決手段】負荷圧に応じて吐出容量が変えられる斜板式ピストンポンプ1であって、第一の負荷圧(ピストンポンプ80の吐出圧)に応じて斜板4を傾転角が小さくなる方向に駆動する第一制御ピン31と、第二の負荷圧(パイロット圧)に応じて斜板4を傾転角が小さくなる方向に駆動する第二制御ピン32と、を備え、第一制御ピン31と第二制御ピン32とが直列に並んで結合される構成とした。

Claims (2)
- 負荷圧に応じて吐出容量が変えられる斜板式ピストンポンプであって、
複数のピストンと、
前記ピストンを収容する複数のシリンダを有し、回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックの回転に伴って前記シリンダの容積室を拡縮するように前記ピストンを往復動させる斜板と、
前記斜板を傾転角が大きくなる方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
第一の負荷圧に応じて前記斜板を傾転角が小さくなる方向に駆動する第一制御ピンと、
第二の負荷圧に応じて前記斜板を傾転角が小さくなる方向に駆動する第二制御ピンと、を備え、
前記第一制御ピンと前記第二制御ピンとが直列に並んで結合されることを特徴とする斜板式ピストンポンプ。 - 前記シリンダブロックと前記ピストンと前記斜板と前記付勢手段と前記第一制御ピンと前記第二制御ピンとを収容するケーシングを備え、
前記ケーシングは、ポンプハウジングとポンプカバーとを備え、
前記ポンプカバーに前記斜板を傾転可能に支持する軸受が設けられ、
前記ポンプハウジングに、前記第一制御ピンが摺動可能に挿入される小径穴と、前記第二制御ピンが摺動可能に挿入される大径穴と、が同軸上に形成され、
前記第一制御ピンと前記小径穴との間に前記第一の負荷圧が導かれる第一圧力室が画成され、
前記第二制御ピンと前記大径穴との間に前記第二の負荷圧が導かれる第二圧力室が画成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板式ピストンポンプ。
