Abstract
【解決手段】斜板式ピストンポンプ1は、シリンダブロック3と、シリンダブロック3に設けられた複数のシリンダ6に収容される複数のピストン8と、シリンダブロック3の回転に伴ってピストン8を往復動させる斜板4と、傾転角が大きくなる方向に斜板4を付勢する傾転スプリング21、22と、第2圧力室42の負荷圧の上昇に応じて傾転角が小さくなる方向に斜板4を駆動するサブ制御ピン30と、第2圧力室42の負荷圧を排出する流路53と、を備える。

Claims (7)
- 駆動軸の回転に伴って回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックに設けられた複数のシリンダに収容される複数のピストンと、
前記シリンダブロックの回転に伴って前記シリンダの容積室を拡縮するように前記ピストンを往復動させる斜板と、
傾転角が大きくなる方向に前記斜板を付勢する付勢機構と、
圧力室の負荷圧の上昇に応じて傾転角が小さくなる方向に前記斜板を駆動する制御ピンと、
前記圧力室の前記負荷圧を排出する排出流路と、
を備えることを特徴とする斜板式ピストンポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の斜板式ピストンポンプであって、
前記シリンダブロック、前記ピストン、前記斜板、前記付勢機構、及び前記制御ピンを収容するケーシングを備え、
前記制御ピンは、前記ケーシングに設けられたピンシリンダに摺動自在に挿入され、
前記排出流路の一端は、前記制御ピンと前記ピンシリンダとの間の摺動隙間に開口する、
ことを特徴とする斜板式ピストンポンプ。 - 請求項2に記載の斜板式ピストンポンプであって、
前記排出流路は、前記ケーシングに設けられる、
ことを特徴とする斜板式ピストンポンプ。 - 請求項2に記載の斜板式ピストンポンプであって、
前記排出流路は、前記制御ピンに設けられる、
ことを特徴とする斜板式ピストンポンプ。 - 請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の斜板式ピストンポンプであって、
前記制御ピンは、
第1圧力室の負荷圧の上昇に応じて傾転角が小さくなる方向に前記斜板を駆動する第1制御ピンと、
第2圧力室の負荷圧の上昇に応じて傾転角が小さくなる方向に前記斜板を駆動する第2制御ピンと、
を備え、
前記ケーシングは、
前記シリンダブロックを収容するポンプハウジングと、
前記ポンプハウジングの開口部を閉塞するポンプカバーと、
を備え、
前記ポンプハウジングに、前記第1制御ピンが摺動自在に挿入される第1ピンシリンダ及び前記第2制御ピンが摺動自在に挿入される第2ピンシリンダが形成され、
前記第1制御ピンと前記第1ピンシリンダとの間に前記第1圧力室が画成され、
前記第2制御ピンと前記第2ピンシリンダとの間に前記第2圧力室が画成される、
ことを特徴とする斜板式ピストンポンプ。 - 請求項5に記載の斜板式ピストンポンプであって、
前記第1制御ピンと前記第2制御ピンとは、並列に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする斜板式ピストンポンプ。 - 請求項5に記載の斜板式ピストンポンプであって、
前記第1制御ピンと前記第2制御ピンとは、直列に結合して設けられる、
ことを特徴とする斜板式ピストンポンプ。
