Abstract
【解決手段】動力制御する可動な部材が、機械的フィードバック6によってパイロットステージのトルクモーターMCのローター3に接続された、2ステージ形式のサーボバルブの異常を検出するための方法であり、誤動作信号は、トルクモーターのローターが停止部2.1に係合されたことの検出に応じて発生される。本発明は、こうした方法を実行するための手段を有するサーボバルブ1も提供する。

Claims (4)
- サーボバルブ(1)の異常を検出するための方法であって、前記サーボバルブ(1)が、動力分配のための可動な部材(7)を備えるパワーステージと、固定された部分(2)と可動な部分(3)であって制御された方法で動力分配するべく前記可動な部材(7)を移動させるために制御される位置にある可動な部分(3)とを備えるモーター(MC)を有するパイロットステージと、を具備し、動力分配のための前記可動な部材(7)が、フィードバック部材(6)によって前記モーター(MC)の前記可動な部分(3)に接続されている方法において、停止部と係合する前記モーター(MC)の前記可動な部分(3)を検出することと、該検出に応じて誤動作信号を発生することと、を特徴とする方法。
- 前記停止部と係合する前記可動な部分(3)が、前記モーター(MC)の前記可動な部分(3)が前記停止部に係合したときに状態を変更するように該モーター(MC)の該可動な部分(3)に作用的に接続されたセンサー(2.2)によって検出されると共に、状態の前記変更が誤動作信号を発生する請求項1に記載の方法。
- サーボバルブ(1)であって、動力分配のための可動な部材(7)を備えるパワーステージと、固定された部分(2)と可動な部分(3)であって制御された方法で動力分配するべく前記可動な部材(7)を移動させるために制御される位置にある可動な部分(3)とを備えるモーター(MC)を有するパイロットステージと、を具備し、動力分配のための前記可動な部材(7)が、フィードバック部材(6)によって前記モーター(MC)の前記可動な部分(3)に接続されているサーボバルブ(1)において、当該サーボバルブ(1)が、停止部と係合する前記モーター(MC)の前記可動な部分(3)を検出するための手段(2.2)に適合されていることを特徴とするサーボバルブ(1)。
- 前記モーター(MC)の前記可動な部分(3)が前記停止部に係合したときに状態を変更するように該モーター(MC)の該可動な部分(3)に作用的に接続されたセンサー(2.2)を具備し、状態の前記変更が誤動作信号を発生する請求項3に記載のサーボバルブ。
