Abstract
【解決手段】車両の室内空気温度によっては高電圧バッテリーの過温が誘発されるものと判断される場合に、適切な制御を通じて高電圧バッテリーの温度上昇を最大限抑制するようにし、高電圧バッテリーの作動安全性を向上させる。

Description
このような高電圧バッテリーの冷却が円滑に遂行できない状況になれば、高電圧過温発生で車両の走行が不可能になる場合が生ずる。
高電圧バッテリーの冷却のために車両室内から吸いこむ空気の温度と、車速及び前記高電圧バッテリー温度が内気転換要請条件を充足するか否かを判断する転換条件判断段階と、前記内気転換要請条件を充足する場合、車両を内気モードに切り替える強制内気転換段階と、を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 高電圧バッテリーの冷却のために車両室内から吸いこむ空気の温度と、車速及び前記高電圧バッテリー温度が内気転換要請条件を充足するか否かを判断する転換条件判断段階(S100)と、
前記内気転換要請条件を充足する場合、車両を内気モードに切り替える強制内気転換段階(S300)と、
を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。 - 前記内気転換要請条件は、
前記車両の室内から吸いこむ空気の温度が前記高電圧バッテリーの温度より高くて、
前記車速が0であって、
前記高電圧バッテリーの温度が正常な作動が可能な範囲内の基準温度より高い場合に、条件が充足されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。 - 前記高電圧バッテリーの正常な作動が可能な範囲内の基準温度は45℃±5℃の範囲に設定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。
- 前記内気転換要請条件は、前記車速が0である状態が基準時間を超過して持続する場合に充足されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。
- 前記車速が0である状態が持続する基準時間は、10分±5分の範囲内で設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。
- 前記転換条件判断段階(S100)遂行結果、前記内気転換要請条件が充足されれば、現在のデフロストモード設定状態を検査して、デフロストモードではない場合にのみ、前記強制内気転換段階(S300)を遂行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。
- 前記転換条件判断段階(S100)を遂行の結果、前記内気転換要請条件が充足されれば、車両の室内温度が室内基準温度より高い場合にのみ前記強制内気転換段階(S300)を遂行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。
- 前記車両の室内温度を比べる室内基準温度は、50℃±5℃の範囲内で設定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。
- 前記転換条件判断段階(S100)を遂行の結果、前記内気転換要請条件が充足されれば、現在のデフロストモード設定状態を検査して、デフロストモードではなくて、車両の室内温度が室内基準温度より高い場合にのみ前記強制内気転換段階(S300)を遂行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の高電圧バッテリー冷却制御方法。
