Abstract
【解決手段】 孔部14が開設される金属プレート12と、前記孔部14に嵌め入れられたのち、孔部14の周囲にかしめられる円盤状の導電部材13とを備え、前記孔部14の周囲には少なくとも一つの面側に溝部17が設けられる一方、前記導電部材13の外周には少なくとも一つの面側から突出する垂直フランジ21が設けられ、前記孔部14に導電部材13を嵌め入れて金属プレート12に導電部材13をかしめた際には前記導電部材13の垂直フランジ21が潰れ、この潰れた垂直フランジ21によって金属プレート12の溝部17を満たすようにした。

Claims (8)
- 孔部が開設される平板状の第1金属材と、前記孔部に嵌め入れられたのち、孔部の周囲にかしめられる円盤状の第2金属材とを備え、
前記第1金属材の孔部の周囲には少なくとも一つの面側に溝部が設けられる一方、前記第2金属材の外周には少なくとも一つの面側から突出する垂直フランジが設けられ、
前記第1金属材の孔部に第2金属材を嵌め入れて第1金属材に第2金属材をかしめた際には前記第2金属材の垂直フランジが潰れ、この潰れた垂直フランジによって第1金属材の溝部が満たされることを特徴とする金属材のかしめ構造。 - 孔部が開設される平板状の第1金属材と、前記孔部に嵌め入れられたのち、孔部の周囲にかしめられる円盤状の第2金属材とを備え、
前記第1金属材の孔部の周囲には両面側に溝部が設けられる一方、前記第2金属材の外周には一つの面側から突出する垂直フランジと、他の面側から突出する水平フランジとが設けられ、
前記第1金属材の孔部に第2金属材を嵌め入れて第1金属材に第2金属材をかしめた際には、第1金属材の一の溝部に第2金属材の水平フランジが嵌合すると共に、前記第2金属材の垂直フランジが潰れ、この潰れた垂直フランジによって第1金属材の他の溝部が満たされることを特徴とする金属材のかしめ構造。 - 前記第1金属材に前記第2金属材をかしめた際に、第1金属材の一つの面と第2金属材の潰れた垂直フランジとが面一になる請求項1又は2に記載の金属材のかしめ構造。
- 前記第1金属材の孔部に第2金属材を嵌め入れたときに、第2金属材の垂直フランジは第1金属材の一つの面から突出している請求項1又は2に記載の金属材のかしめ構造。
- 前記第2金属材の一つの面側の全外周には、少なくとも内周面が傾斜する断面略三角形状の垂直フランジが設けられ、かしめた際には垂直フランジが外側に向かって押し潰される請求項1又は2に記載の金属材のかしめ構造。
- 前記第1金属材は銅板によって形成され、前記第2金属材はアルミニウム板によって形成される請求項1又は2に記載の金属材のかしめ構造。
- 少なくとも一対の孔部が開設される金属プレートと、前記一対の孔部の一方に嵌め入れられてかしめられる導電部材とを備え、
前記金属プレートと導電部材とが請求項1又は2に記載の金属材のかしめ構造により固定されていることを特徴とするバスバー。 - 前記金属プレートは銅材によって形成され、前記導電部材はアルミニウム材によって形成される請求項7に記載のバスバー。
