Abstract
【解決手段】 石炭焚きボイラーの燃焼排ガスを処理する排煙脱硫装置において発生する不活性化現象の予防方法であって、燃焼排ガス中の灰分に含まれるNa、Ca、Mg及びKなどのアルカリ成分から不活性化現象の指標となる不活性化ポテンシャルを算出し、その変化に応じて排煙脱硫装置に対してpH制御系の設定値の調整などの運転管理を行う。

バルガ炭、ユカリョウ/NL炭、PRB炭、及び瀝青炭を別々に石炭焚きボイラーで燃焼し、後段の電気集塵機から各々の飛灰を回収した。これら4種類の飛灰を分析し、アルミナ、シリカ及びモディファイヤの含有率を測定した。次に、この測定結果からCa、Mg、Na、K及びAlの各モル濃度を求め、上記式5に代入して各飛灰のMIを算出した。得られたMIから図1(a)、図1(b)に従ってAlのガラス化率(量的因子)及びガラスの質的因子を求めた。
Al含有率、Alガラス化率、及び不活性化ポテンシャルを用いて、それぞれ実際に稼動している排煙脱硫装置において生ずる不活性化現象の推定が可能か否か試みた。具体的には、排煙脱硫装置で処理される排ガス中に含まれる飛灰を定期的にサンプリングし、これを分析して灰分中のアルミナ及びモディファイヤの含有率を求めた。
PRB炭及びバルガ炭(Bul炭)を別々に石炭焚きボイラーで燃焼させ、後段に設置されている電気集塵機から各々の飛灰を回収した。回収した飛灰の各々について、以下の溶出試験を行った。すなわち、先ず、採取した飛灰の各々に対して、1gを秤量して100mlの水に入れてスラリーにしたものを3つ作製した。これら3つのスラリーに対して濃度1mol/Lの硫酸を用いてpHが互いに異なるようにした。

Claims (5)
- 石炭焚きボイラーの燃焼排ガスを処理する排煙脱硫装置において発生する不活性化現象の予防方法であって、燃焼排ガス中の灰分に含まれるアルカリ成分から不活性化現象の指標となる不活性化ポテンシャルを算出し、その変化に応じて排煙脱硫装置の運転管理を行うことを特徴とする不活性化現象の予防方法。
- 前記運転管理が、排煙脱硫装置のpH制御系、排水制御系、及び薬品添加制御系のうちの少なくともいずれかの調整であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不活性化現象の予防方法。
- 前記不活性化ポテンシャルが、前記灰分のガラス化率及びガラスの原子配列構造を考慮にいれたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の不活性化現象の予防方法。
- 前記不活性化ポテンシャルが、前記灰分に含まれる可溶性物質に対するアルカリ成分の比率をパラメータとして算出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の不活性化現象の予防方法。
- 石炭焚きボイラーの燃焼排ガスを処理する排煙脱硫装置において発生する不活性化現象の予防機能を備えた制御装置であって、燃焼排ガス中の灰分に含まれるアルカリ成分から不活性化現象の指標となる不活性化ポテンシャルを算出する手段と、該不活性化ポテンシャルに基づいて排煙脱硫装置の制御系の調整の要否を判断する手段とからなることを特徴とする排煙脱硫装置の制御装置。
