Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mounted component inspection apparatus and a mounted component inspection method used in a component mounting apparatus for mounting a component on a substrate.
When mounting components such as electronic components on a board, bonding materials such as cream solder are printed at a plurality of component mounting positions provided on the board, and the components stored in the component supply unit are picked up by suction nozzles. A method of picking up and mounting a suction nozzle that picks up a component by lowering it to a component mounting position on a substrate is widely used.
The suction nozzle is provided with a suction pipe for sucking and holding components, and a vacuum suction source and an air source are connected to the suction pipe via a suction valve and a blow valve, respectively. When picking up a component from the component supply unit, the suction valve is opened and the blow valve is closed, whereby a vacuum pressure is supplied into the suction pipe, and a suction force is generated on the lower surface of the suction nozzle, so that the component is sucked and held. When mounting the component on the electrode, the blow valve is opened and the suction valve is closed, so that positive pressure is supplied into the suction line, and air is discharged from the lower surface of the suction nozzle (air blow), so that the electronic component Adsorption is released.
This air discharge continues while the suction nozzle rises to a predetermined height after mounting in order to reliably separate the component from the suction nozzle. For this reason, peripheral components already mounted may be displaced due to the influence of air discharged when the suction nozzle is raised. In order to solve such problems, it is determined whether or not the suction position of the component by the suction nozzle is within the suction range that is assumed to have no air blow effect on the components around the mounting position on the board. And the method of preventing the position shift of the surrounding components by an air blow by discarding the components which are not adsorb | sucking within this adsorption | suction range is proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).
However, in the component mounting operation, there is a variation in blow pressure for each suction nozzle, and the condition for causing the positional deviation by air blow is not always the same among mounted components, for example, the printed state of the solder is different at each component mounting position. For this reason, it is difficult to appropriately set the adsorption range for determining the disposal. Even when the above-described conventional technology is used, there may be a case where a mounting defect inspection result is continuously displayed at a certain component mounting position. However, if the worker who handles the component mounting device is an inexperienced person, he / she can not realize that the accuracy of detection of the warp deformation state of the board is insufficient as a cause of such mounting failure, and quick mounting I couldn't take measures against the defect.
Therefore, the present invention provides a mounting component inspection apparatus and a mounting component inspection method that enable even an inexperienced worker to take quick measures against mounting failures when a mounting failure is continuously detected at a certain component mounting position on the substrate. According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the present invention according to the third aspect, in the notification step, the ratio or the number of times determined as a mounting failure by the determination step is mounted at a component mounting position that satisfies a predetermined condition. First, a component mounting system including a component mounting inspection apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. A
As shown in FIG. 1, the
In addition, the printing state inspection device M2, the component mounting devices M3 to M5, and the mounting component inspection device M6 according to the present embodiment are provided with a pair of transfer conveyors to be described later on the front side and the rear side of each device, respectively. The first conveyor line L1 formed by connecting one conveyor on the front side (lower side in FIG. 1) and the other conveyor conveyor formed on the rear side (upper side in FIG. 1) of each device. Predetermined work in each apparatus can be performed in parallel on the second transport line L2. By adopting such a configuration, the productivity of the mounting substrate can be improved.
Next, the printing apparatus M1 will be described with reference to FIG. A

Next, the printing state inspection apparatus M2 will be described with reference to FIG. The printing state inspection apparatus M2 includes a Y-axis movement table 21 extending in the Y-axis direction on the
The printing state inspection apparatus M2 conveys and positions the
Next, the configuration of the component mounting apparatuses M3 to M5 will be described with reference to FIGS. Since the component mounting apparatuses M3 to M5 have the same structure, the component mounting apparatus M3 will be described as a representative. 2 and 3, in the center of the upper surface of the
As shown in FIG. 3, in a state where the
In FIG. 3, when the elevating

The
A plurality of
Next, the configuration of the control system will be described with reference to FIG. The
A
Next, the operation in the component mounting apparatus M3 will be described. When the
After imaging the
After detecting the suction position deviation, the
Here, the timing of the supply of the vacuum pressure and the discharge of air in the
Then, by closing the

When the determination result is output by this determination means, not only the mounting failure is determined but also the type of mounting failure is output together. Specifically, the determination means determines “component position deviation NG” when the mounting position of the

The

FIG. 9 shows an image in which statistical processing data at each component mounting position stored in the mounting failure accumulation
A method for displaying a mounting failure determination location in the component mounting
The color of the plot mark P assigned in accordance with the mounting failure determination ratio, the range of numerical values to which the color of the plot mark P is assigned, etc. can be arbitrarily set. When the
In the above configuration, the mounting failure accumulation
When the operator selects a plot mark P displayed on the component mounting
Regarding the “defect content” in the detailed mounting
As described above, in electronic component mounting in which the
As described above, air blow at the time of mounting the
When the
In the above-described configuration, the
Next, a mounting component inspection execution flow will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the
In FIG. 12, the
Then, the pass /
In FIG. 11, if the
When the operator operates the
In the display processing of the mounting failure
In other words, component mounting is performed by picking up a component from the component supply unit by the suction nozzle and releasing the component pickup by discharging air from the suction nozzle to mount the component at a plurality of component mounting positions set on the board. In the mounting component inspection method for inspecting the mounting state of a component-mounted board that is unloaded from the device, mounting is performed based on the imaging process for imaging the component mounting position on the board after component mounting, and the imaging result of the imaging process.

That is, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the cause of the estimated failure is that the proportion of the component mounting positions where the plot mark P is displayed is determined to be a mounting failure in the mounting failure determination rate threshold storage unit 76A. The threshold range in which the distance to the adjacent
By setting the display condition of the estimated failure factor in this way, the
The notifying means in the second embodiment of the present invention is determined to be a mounting failure when the adjacent distance determining means determines that the adjacent distance calculated by the adjacent distance calculating means is within a predetermined numerical range. It is configured to notify that the timing of stopping the air discharge of the suction nozzle that has performed the mounting operation at the component mounting position where the ratio satisfies a predetermined condition is confirmed.
In the first and second embodiments described above, the display of the estimated failure factor in the mounting failure
In the second mounting mode, if the
