- X線発生部からX線を照射し、被検体を透過した前記X線を前記X線発生部とともに撮影系を構成するX線検出部で検出して表示する医用画像診断装置において、
前記被検体の内部情報を表わした3次元画像を第1の医用画像情報として記憶する記憶部と、
前記第1の医用画像情報と前記撮影系によって撮影された第2の医用画像情報とを基に表示画像を生成する画像処理部と、
前記画像処理部において生成された表示画像を表示する表示部と、を備え、
前記画像処理部は、
前記被検体の体内に挿入されたバルーンカテーテルの位置を計算してその位置情報を検出するカテーテル位置情報検出部と、
前記第1の医用画像情報及び前記位置情報に基づいて、前記被検体の組織とバルーンの圧着度合いを算出するバルーン圧着度合い算出部と、

前記表示画像生成部は、前記理想焼却領域算出部によって算出された前記理想的な焼却領域を前記表示画像上に、前記理想的な焼却領域単独、或いは、前記治療対象部位に対する圧着領域と併せて表示させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の医用画像診断装置。 - 前記カテーテル位置計算部は、前記第2の医用画像情報が備える輝度値を基に前記バルーンカテーテルの位置を計算するとともに、前記表示画像における位置を把握することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記バルーン圧着度合い算出部は、前記カテーテル位置計算部によって把握された前記バルーンカテーテルの位置情報を基に、前記バルーンの半径と前記バルーンの中心から前記治療対象部位を構成する箇所までの距離とを算出した上で、前記バルーンの半径が前記バルーンの中心から前記治療対象部位を構成する箇所までの距離よりも大きい場合に、前記箇所を前記バルーン圧着領域と算出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記記憶部、前記画像処理部、及び前記表示部を制御するシステム制御部は、時間を計測する機能を備え、前記バルーンが前記治療対象部位に圧着を開始してからの時間を計測し、前記表示画像生成部は、前記システム制御部からの前記時間に関する情報を受けて、
前記表示部において予め時間に応じて設定されている前記焼却領域における焼却深度を報知することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の医用画像診断装置。 - 前記記憶部が入手する第1の医用画像情報は、前記治療対象部位が心臓である場合に、収縮末期を示す情報及び拡張末期を示す情報であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載の医用画像診断装置。
- 前記記憶部が入手する第1の医用画像情報は4次元の情報であり、前記画像処理部において前記第2の医用画像情報と時間軸に沿って前記表示画像として生成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれかに記載の医用画像診断装置。
