Claims (10)
- 回転角およびトルクのセンサであって、2つのシャフト部分を備え、前記2つのシャフト部分の間にねじれロッドが配置されており、
トルク耐性を持つように第1の前記シャフト部分に接続されている第1の歯車と、
トルク耐性を持つように第2の前記シャフト部分と接続されている第2の歯車と、
前記第1の歯車と噛合している第3の歯車と、
前記第2の歯車と噛合している第4の歯車および第5の歯車と、
前記第4の歯車および前記第5の歯車に対応付けられている2つの磁石と、
前記第3の歯車に対応付けられている第1の磁気センサと、
前記第4の歯車に対応付けられている第2の磁気センサと、
前記第5の歯車に対応付けられている第3の磁気センサと
を備え、
前記第1の歯車および前記第2の歯車は歯の数が同数(N1)であり、
前記第3の歯車および前記第4の歯車は、歯の数が同数(N2)であり、前記第3の歯車および前記第4の歯車の歯の数(N2)は、前記第1の歯車および前記第2の歯車の歯の数(N1)よりも少なく、
前記第5の歯車の歯の数(N3)は、前記第4の歯車の歯の数(N2)との差分が少なくとも1であり、
前記第4の歯車には、扇形磁気誘導部が取着されており、
前記第3の歯車には、磁束誘導部が取着されており、前記磁束誘導部の端部は、前記扇形磁気誘導部から間隔を空けて配されており、
前記磁気誘導部の足部は、前記第3の歯車に対応付けられている前記第3の磁気センサの両側に配置されている回転角およびトルクのセンサ。 - 前記扇形磁気誘導部は、空隙を形成している間隔が両者間に設けられている請求項1に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。
- 前記磁束誘導部は、前記第4の歯車のうち前記第3の歯車に対向する側に配置されており、前記第1の磁気センサは、前記第4の歯車のうち前記磁束誘導部とは反対側に配置されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。
- 前記磁束誘導部は、断面がL字形状であり、前記第3の歯車に平行に延伸する足部、および、前記第3の歯車に垂直に延伸する足部を有し、平行に延伸する複数の前記足部のうち1つは、前記第3の歯車の一方の側で延伸しており、他方の磁束誘導部の平行に延伸する一の足部が前記第3の歯車の他方の側で延伸しており、前記第2の磁気センサが、前記平行に延伸する複数の足部の間に配置されている請求項1から請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。
- 前記第2の磁気センサは、前記第3の歯車の開口内に配置されており、前記第3の歯車に平行に延伸する足部のうち1つに形成されている開口を貫通して突出する導電体を介して、固定長尺状導体プレートに接続されている請求項4に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。
- 前記第2の磁気センサは、前記第3の歯車の開口内に配置されており、前記第3の歯車に平行に延伸する足部のうち1つに形成されている開口を貫通して突出するピンおよび導電体の少なくとも1方を介して、固定長尺状導体プレートに接続されている請求項4に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。
- 前記第1の磁気センサは、AMRセンサであり、前記第2の磁気センサは、ホールセンサである請求項1から請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。
- 前記扇形磁気誘導部は、交互に北向きおよび南向きに磁化されている複数の磁気部分を含む多極磁石によって形成されており、
2つの群の磁束誘導部が設けられ、第1の群は、前記第3の歯車の一方の側に水平足部を持ち、第2の群は、前記第3の歯車の他方の側に配される水平足部を持つ請求項1に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。 - 前記多極磁石は、前記第1の磁気センサに対向する磁気スクリーニングプレートによって磁気的にスクリーニングされる請求項8に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。
- 前記多極磁石のN極およびS極は、磁気導体によって接続され、前記第4の歯車および前記磁気スクリーニングプレートを貫通して前記第1の磁気センサの方向に延伸する請求項9に記載の回転角およびトルクのセンサ。
