Abstract
【解決手段】二次電池は、基材に活物質がコーティングされた活物質部及び第1無地部とから構成された第1極板と、前記第1極板に積層され、基材に活物質がコーティングされた活物質部及び第2無地部とから構成された第2極板と、前記第1極板及び前記第2極板に介在するセパレータとを含み、前記第1無地部は、前記第2極板に対応する部位にセラミック層が備えられる電極組立体を含む。セラミック層は第2極板の活物質部と向き合って備えられる。

Claims (17)
- 第1極板、第2極板、及び前記第1極板と前記第2極板との間に備えられたセパレータを備える電極組立体と、前記電極組立体を収納する電池ケースとを含み、
前記第1極板が活物質部と、前記活物質部から延びた無地部とを含み、
前記第2極板が活物質部と、前記活物質部から延びた無地部とを含み、
前記第1極板の前記無地部上には、セラミック層が備えられることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記セラミック層が前記第2極板の前記活物質部と向き合って備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミック層が前記第1極板の前記活物質部に隣接して備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミック層が前記第1極板の前記活物質部と前記無地部との間の界面に隣接して備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミック層がAl2O3、BaTiO4、TiO2及びSiO2のうちのいずれか1つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミック層が、Al2O3、BaTiO4、TiO2及びSiO2のうちの2つの物質を7:3から1:1の割合で混合して形成され、前記7:3の割合で混合して形成する時、前記Al2O3又はTiO2のいずれか一方と、BaTiO4又はSiO2のいずれか一方とが7:3の割合で混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板と前記第2極板とがそれぞれ正極板と負極板とであり、
前記第1極板の前記活物質部は、第1基材上に正極活物質が塗布され、
前記第2極板の前記活物質部は、第2基材上に負極活物質が塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体の前記第1極板、前記第2極板、及び前記セパレータが巻き取られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板が、第1基材上の第1表面及び反対側の第2表面の少なくとも1つ以上に第1活物質を塗布して形成され、
前記第1極板の前記活物質部が、前記第1基材に前記第1活物質が塗布された領域からなり、前記第1極板の前記無地部が、前記第1基材に前記第1活物質が塗布されない領域からなり、
前記セラミック層が、前記無地部上で前記第1基材の前記第1表面及び前記第2表面の少なくともいずれか1つに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1極板が前記第1基材の前記第1表面及び前記第2表面上に前記第1活物質を塗布して形成され、前記第1表面上の前記第1活物質と前記第2表面上の前記第1活物質との厚さが等しく形成され、
前記第1表面上または前記第2表面上の前記セラミック層の厚さが、30μmないし前記第1極板の厚さと前記第1基材の厚さとの差の0.5倍以下であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1表面上または前記第2表面上の前記セラミック層の厚さが、30μmないし前記第1基材上の前記第1表面上または前記第2表面上の前記第1活物質の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板と前記第2極板とが、前記第1極板と前記第2極板との間に備えられた前記セパレータと共に交互に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セラミック層が、前記第1極板上の前記無地部の第1表面又は反対側の第2表面の少なくともいずれか1つに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板、前記第2極板、及び前記第1極板と前記第2極板との間に備えられた前記セパレータが複数個形成されて交互に積層され、複数の前記第1極板及び前記第2極板上にはそれぞれ複数の前記無地部が備えられ、前記第1極板上の複数の前記無地部上には複数の前記セラミック層が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1極板の前記無地部が第1電極タブと第1溶接部上で溶接され、前記第2極板の前記無地部が第2電極タブと第2溶接部上で溶接され、
前記セラミック層が前記第1極板の前記無地部の第1端部に形成され、前記溶接部が前記第1極板の前記無地部の前記第1端部と反対側の第2端部上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の二次電池。 - 第1極板、第2極板、及び前記第1極板と前記第2極板との間に備えられたセパレータを備える電極組立体を含み、
前記第1極板は、活物質部と、前記活物質部から延びた無地部とを含み、
前記第2極板は、活物質部と、前記活物質部から延びた無地部とを含み、
前記第1極板上には、セラミック層が備えられ、前記セラミック層が備えられた領域は前記第1極板と前記第2極板との間で絶縁がなされ、前記第1極板と前記第2極板との間で短絡を防止することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記セラミック層が、前記セパレータが熱によって収縮する時、短絡を防止するように位置することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池。
