Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の溶解炉Fは、炉内に金属材料Mを収納する、上面を開口した坩堝1を備え、この坩堝の上部にカーボン製で筒状の湯口2が着脱自在に設けられている。そして、金属材料を受け入れる上向き姿勢から湯口が前下がりとなる傾斜姿勢に炉を傾動して坩堝内で溶解させた金属材料を湯口から出湯される。この場合、湯口の上半分の所定位置にその長手方向全長に亘るスリット21が形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 炉内に金属材料を収納する、上面を開口した坩堝を備え、この坩堝の上部にカーボン製で筒状の湯口が着脱自在に設けられ、金属材料を受け入れる上向き姿勢から湯口が前下がりとなる傾斜姿勢に炉を傾動して当該坩堝内で溶解させた金属材料を湯口から出湯するように構成した溶解炉において、
前記湯口の上半分の所定位置にその長手方向全長に亘るスリットを形成したことを特徴とする溶解炉。 - 前記坩堝は、溶解した金属材料の溶湯表面より高い周壁面を備えた本体と、この坩堝本体の上部に嵌合される筒状の嵩上げ部とから構成され、前記本体と嵩上げ部とを跨ぐように透孔が開設され、この透孔に湯口の一端が嵌着されることを特徴とする請求項1の溶解炉。
