Abstract
【解決手段】蒸気駆動式圧縮装置1は、蒸気の膨張力を回転力に変換する蒸気膨張機2と、蒸気膨張機2によって駆動されて対象気体を圧縮する圧縮機4,5と、蒸気膨張機2に蒸気を供給する供給流路6と、蒸気膨張機2から蒸気が排出される排出流路7と、供給流路6または排出流路7に設けられた蒸気制御弁8と、圧縮機4,5から圧縮された対象気体が吐出され、逆止弁14を備える吐出流路12と、逆止弁14の上流側において吐出流路12から分岐し、放風弁17を介して外部に開放した放風流路16と、圧縮機4,5を始動するときは放風弁17を開放する始動制御装置20とを有する。

Claims (3)
- 蒸気の膨張力を回転力に変換する蒸気膨張機と、
前記蒸気膨張機によって駆動されて対象気体を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記蒸気膨張機に蒸気を供給する供給流路と、
前記蒸気膨張機から蒸気が排出される排出流路と、
前記供給流路または前記排出流路に設けられた蒸気制御弁と、
前記圧縮機から圧縮された前記対象気体が吐出され、逆止弁を備える吐出流路と、
前記逆止弁の上流側において前記吐出流路から分岐し、放風弁を介して外部に開放した放風流路と、
前記圧縮機を始動するときは前記放風弁を開放する始動制御装置とを有することを特徴とする蒸気駆動式圧縮装置。 - 前記始動制御装置は、前記圧縮機を始動するときには、前記蒸気制御弁の開度を所定の設定開度まで漸増することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気駆動式圧縮装置。
- 前記始動制御装置は、前記圧縮機を始動するときには、前記蒸気制御弁を、前記供給流路の圧力と前記排出流路の圧力との差分に応じた開度に設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気駆動式圧縮装置。
