Abstract
Description
DLCコーティングの自由表面もしくは上側表面の上に複数のボールまたは球体を単一の層として蒸着するステップと、
酸素プラズマを用いて前記DLCコーティングをドライエッチングするステップと、
そして最後に、これらボールまたは球体を除去して前記コーティングの表面を洗浄するステップとを含むものである。
気体の性質:酸素、
流速:80sccm、
電力:10W、
圧力:3Pa、
電圧:320V
を用いて、「反応性イオンエッチング」またはRIE技法を用いて行われる。

Claims (10)
- DLCコーティングをテクスチャリングする方法であって、
前記DLCコーティングの自由表面の上に複数のボールまたは球体を単一の層として蒸着するステップと、
酸素プラズマを用いて前記DLCコーティングをドライエッチングするステップと、
最後に、前記複数のボールまたは球体を除去することにより前記コーティングを洗浄するステップと
を含む方法。 - ラングミュアーブロジェット法を用いて前記複数のボールまたは球体の単一の層を蒸着する請求項1に記載のDLCコーティングをテクスチャリングする方法。
- ディップコーティング法を用いて前記複数のボールまたは球体の単一の層を蒸着する請求項1に記載のDLCコーティングをテクスチャリングする方法。
- 前記DLCコーティングをドライエッチングするステップの前に、選択的化学法によって、特にSF6+CHF3プラズマを用いて、前記複数のボールまたは球体のエッチングを制御する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のDLCコーティングをテクスチャリングする方法。
- 前記DLCコーティングの表面を、エッチングの後に、エタノール浴に浸して前記複数のボールまたは球体を除去することにより洗浄する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のDLCコーティングをテクスチャリングする方法。
- 前記エタノール浴をさらに超音波にさらす請求項5に記載のDLCコーティングをテクスチャリングする方法。
- 前記複数のボールまたは球体が、シリカまたは特にラテックスもしくはポリスチレンなどのポリマーでできている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のDLCコーティングをテクスチャリングする方法。
- 前記複数のボールまたは球体の直径が100ナノメーターから10マイクロメーターの間である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のDLCコーティングをテクスチャリングする方法。
- 磨耗または摩擦にさらされる機械部品を製造するための請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法の使用。
