Description
Claims (9)
- 走査されるべき部分の上方にセンサ(21)を移動させることによって部品を非破壊検査するための装置であって、ハンドル(27)の端部にヒンジ取付けされ、このようなセンサ(21)を含むプローブ(20)と、基準面(31)を有するガイド(29)と、前記ハンドルの軸線(X)に平行な方向に前記ガイドの位置を調節するための手段とを備えることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記ガイド(29)が、全体として、前記プローブが現れる前記ハンドル(27)と同軸であるスリーブの形をとっており、スリーブの一端が、前記基準面(31)を構成する環状前面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プローブが、前記ハンドルの軸線(X)に直角な軸線(Y)を中心に枢動することができるために、支持体(32)にヒンジ取付けされ、前記支持体が、前記ハンドルの一端でスリーブに取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドル(27)が、前記スリーブに固定されるナット(37)がその上に取り付けられているねじ部(35)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記ねじ部(35)が、管状であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記管状ねじ部の内壁が、スリーブの中に突出しかつ前記支持体の一部を構成する管(39)で裏打ちされることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記管(39)が、電線(41)を通過させるためのダクトを構成し、前記電線が、前記プローブのセンサ(21)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、渦電流センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ガイド(29)およびプローブ(20)が、ブレード根元の内側半径方向表面(17)、および前記ブレード根元の隣接する外側半径方向表面(15)と接触するようにそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
