Abstract
Description
本発明の文脈において、破断点伸びAtでない最大荷重時伸びAg+eは、鋼繊維の、より具体的には鋼繊維の中央部分の伸びを特徴づけるために使用される。一度最大荷重に達すると、鋼繊維の利用可能な表面の収縮が開始し、それよりも大きな荷重は引き受けられないためである。最大荷重時伸びAg+eは、最大荷重時の塑性伸びAgと弾性伸びの合計である。最大荷重時伸びは、鋼繊維の中央部分の波状特性(ある場合)に起因し得る構造伸びAsを含まない。波状の鋼繊維の場合、その鋼繊維を最初に真っ直ぐにしてからAg+eが測定される。
本発明に従う鋼繊維、すなわち、本発明に従う鋼繊維の中央部分は、高い引張強さRmを有することが好ましい。引張強さRmは、鋼繊維が引張試験の間に耐える最大の応力である。鋼繊維の中央部分の引張強さRm(すなわち、最大荷重容量Fmを鋼繊維の元の断面積で割ったもの)は、好ましくは1000MPaより上、より具体的には1400MPaより上、例えば、1500MPaより上、例えば、1750MPaより上、例えば、2000MPaより上、例えば、2500MPaより上である。本発明に従う鋼繊維の高い引張強さは、該鋼繊維が高い荷重に耐えることを可能にする。このように、より高い引張強さは、従来のコンクリート中に必要な繊維の、より低い添加量に直接反映される。
−最大荷重容量(Fm):鋼繊維が引張試験の間に耐える最大荷重
−最大荷重時伸び(Elongation a maximum load)(%):元のゲージ長の百分率として表される、最大力での鋼繊維のゲージ長の増加
−破断点伸び(%):元のゲージ長の百分率として表される、破断の瞬間のゲージ長の増加;
−引張強さ(Rm):最大荷重(Fm)に相当する応力
−応力:鋼繊維の元の断面積で除算した力
−添加量:1容積のコンクリートに加えられた繊維の量(kg/m3で表す)。
−引張試験(荷重−歪試験)および
−引抜試験(荷重−変位試験)。
引張試験は、鋼繊維、より具体的には鋼繊維の中央部分に適用される。あるいは、引張試験は、鋼繊維を製造するために使用されるワイヤに適用される。引張試験を用いて、鋼繊維の最大荷重容量Fmが決定され、最大荷重時伸びAg+eが決定される。引抜試験は、コンクリートまたはモルタルに1つの端部が埋め込まれている鋼繊維に適用される。引抜試験は、コンクリートまたはモルタルにおける鋼繊維の定着力を測定するために使用され、さらに、コンクリートまたはモルタルに埋め込まれた鋼繊維の絶対変位を決定するために使用することができる。これらの試験は、図1および図2にそれぞれ説明されている。

Claims (14)
- コンクリートまたはモルタルを補強するのに適合した鋼繊維であって、前記鋼繊維が、中央部分と2つの端部を有し、前記鋼繊維の前記中央部分は、引張強さRmが少なくとも1000MPaであり、最大荷重時伸びAg+eが少なくとも2.5%である、鋼繊維。
- 前記鋼繊維の前記中央部分は、引張強さRmが少なくとも1400MPaである、請求項1に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記鋼繊維の前記中央部分は、引張強さRmが少なくとも2000MPaである、請求項1または2に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記鋼繊維の前記中央部分は、最大荷重時伸びAg+eが少なくとも4%である、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記鋼繊維の前記中央部分は、最大荷重時伸びAg+eが少なくとも6%である、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記鋼繊維の前記中央部分は、引張強さRmが少なくとも1400MPaであり、かつ最大荷重時伸びAg+eが少なくとも4%である、請求項2に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記端部が、前記コンクリートまたはモルタルに前記鋼繊維を定着させるための定着端部である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記定着端部が、厚くなった定着端部、増大した定着端部、冷間圧造された定着端部、扁平な定着端部、曲がった定着端部、波状の定着端部またはそれらの組合せである、請求項7に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記鋼繊維が、応力除去処理された状態である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記鋼繊維の前記中央部分の直径が、0.1mm〜1.20mmの範囲である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の鋼繊維。
- 前記鋼繊維の前記中央部分の長さ対直径比L/Dが、40〜100の範囲である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の鋼繊維。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の鋼繊維を含むコンクリート構造。
- 前記コンクリート構造が、40kg/m3未満の前記鋼繊維の添加量で、4MPaを上回るULSでの平均亀裂後残留強度を有する、請求項12に記載のコンクリート構造。
- 従来のコンクリート、鉄筋コンクリート、プレストレストコンクリートまたはポストテンションコンクリートの構造における、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の鋼繊維の使用。
