Claims (15)
- 循環系における通路を閉鎖するためのオクルーダーであって、
前記オクルーダーが、前記通路にオクルーダーを固定するための拡張可能な固定ユニットを有し、前記オクルーダーが、前記通路においてコンパクトな外観形状(Erscheinungsform)から拡張した外観形状へと変わることができ、及び、前記オクルーダーが、前記固定ユニットが旋回可能に保持される遠位軸部分及び近位軸部分を有するオクルーダーにおいて、
前記固定ユニットが、遠位固定アーム及び近位固定アームを有し、前記遠位固定アームは前記遠位軸部分に旋回可能に保持され、前記近位固定アームは前記近位軸部分に旋回可能に保持され、及び
前記遠位固定アーム及び前記近位固定アームが自由端を有し、この自由端が、前記固定アームに対し移動可能な連結部材を介して互いに連結され、いずれの場合にも、遠位固定アームが近位固定アームに連結されることを特徴するオクルーダー。 - 前記連結部材が、前記個々の遠位固定アーム及び近位固定アームの間で、互いとは独立に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオクルーダー。
- 前記連結部材が1つの領域で交差し、この領域において、連結部材が、これらを一緒に取り囲むスリーブ内で、個々に移動可能に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のオクルーダー。
- これらの固定アームのそれぞれがU字形に形成され、2つの腕木とこれら腕木をつなぐブリッジとを備えており、前記2つの腕木が自由端を有し、これら自由端が近位又は遠位軸部分で旋回可能に保持され、前記ブリッジが前記固定アームの自由端を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のオクルーダー。
- 前記ブリッジがほぼ直線的であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のオクルーダー。
- 前記ブリッジがスリーブによって囲まれ、前記ブリッジが前記スリーブ内に旋回可能に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のオクルーダー。
- 前記固定アームがワイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のオクルーダー。
- 前記連結部材がワイヤ又はひもであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のオクルーダー。
- 前記通路を閉鎖するための少なくとも1つの閉鎖体を有し、前記閉鎖体が好ましくは膜、止血栓又はバルーンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のオクルーダー。
- 閉鎖体として膜が存在し、この膜が前記固定アームを用いて前記拡張した外観形状になることができることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のオクルーダー。
- 閉鎖体として圧縮可能な弾力性のある止血栓が存在することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のオクルーダー。
- 閉鎖体としてバルーンが存在し、このバルーンが、前記近位軸部分から前記遠位軸部分へと延び、これら2つの部分に固定され、前記固定アーム及び連結部材を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のオクルーダー。
- 前記閉鎖体、好ましくは止血栓が、1つの側を前記遠位固定アームによって画定され、向かい側を前記近位固定アームによって画定される領域に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のオクルーダー。
- 循環系における通路を閉鎖するためのオクルーダーであって、
前記オクルーダーが、前記通路に前記オクルーダーを固定するための拡張可能な固定ユニットと前記通路を閉鎖するための少なくとも1つの閉鎖体とを有し、前記オクルーダーが、前記通路においてコンパクトな外観形状から拡張した外観形状へと変わることができ、及び
前記固定ユニットが、前記拡張した外観形状において、前記通路の第1の側に配置される遠位領域を有し、及び、前記固定ユニットが、前記拡張した外観形状において、前記通路の第2の、向かい合う側に配置される近位領域を有するオクルーダーにおいて、
前記閉鎖体が、前記近位領域と前記遠位領域との間に位置する領域に配置されることを特徴するオクルーダー。 - 循環系における通路を閉鎖するためのオクルーダーであって、
前記オクルーダーが、前記通路に前記オクルーダーを固定するための拡張可能な固定ユニットを有し、前記オクルーダーが、前記通路においてコンパクトな外観形状から拡張した外観形状へと変わることができ、及び、前記オクルーダーが、前記固定ユニットが旋回可能に保持される遠位軸部分及び近位軸部分を有するオクルーダーにおいて、
前記固定ユニットが、遠位固定アーム及び近位固定アームを有し、前記遠位固定アームは前記遠位軸部分に旋回可能に保持され、前記近位固定アームは前記近位軸部分に旋回可能に保持され、及び
前記固定アームが、2つの腕木及びブリッジを備えたU字形に湾曲したワイヤからなり、これらが前記遠位又は近位軸部分に前記腕木の自由端を用いて保持され、前記ブリッジが前記固定アームの自由端を形成し、又は
前記固定アームが平らであることを特徴するオクルーダー。
