・該平衡容量電圧分割装置13に接続されている電圧ブリッジ整流器14と、
・安定化電源15、電圧計16、及び電圧ブリッジ整流器14に接続されている計数パルス発生器17と、
・前記安定化電源15、電圧計16、及び計数パルス発生器17に接続されており、前記超音波シール機12の超音波シールサイクルと充填装置1の製造サイクルとの両方をカウントする構造とされているマイクロプロセッサに基づいたカウンタ18と、を備えている。
・計数モードにおいては、超音波シール機12が作動中であり且つマイクロコントローラ23に超音波シール機12の電源19から電力が供給されており、
・終了モードにおいては、シール機12が作動しておらず且つマイクロコントローラ23に読み取り/書き込みポート26に接続されている外部の読み取り/書き込み機器から電力が供給されており、
・プログラミングモードにおいては、シール機12が作動しておらず且つマイクロコントローラ23にプログラム用ポート25に接続されている外部の電子プログラミング機器から電力が供給されている。
・供給される各計数パルスの持続時間TDを適切に決定することにより、持続時間TDが70〜80ミリ秒に等しいか又はこれより長い計数パルスVPを、持続時間TDが約50ミリ秒より短い計数パルスから区別し、このようにするために、各計数パルスVPの持続時間TDを決定し、次いで、上記した持続時間TD間の中間値を有する時間閾値と比較し、
・超音波シールサイクルが区別されたときに、超音波シールサイクルカウンタの値を1つ増やすようにプログラムされている。
・電圧計16によって供給される電圧レベル信号VLEVを感知し、マイクロコントローラ23のオフ切換供給電圧より低くまで低下した安定化された電源15の入力ステージ21のキャパシタの両端電圧の振幅を検知し(この現象は、超音波シール機12がオフに切換えられ且つ充填装置1の製造サイクルが終了したことを示している)、
・電圧レベル信号VLEVが、充填装置1の製造サイクルが終了したことを示しているときに、製造サイクルカウンタの値を1つ増すようにプログラムされている。
・電圧レベル信号VLEVが、安定化電源15の入力ステージ21のキャパシタの両端電圧の振幅がマイクロコントローラ23のオフ切換え供給電圧より低くなったことを示しているときに、超音波シールサイクルカウンタと製造サイクルカウンタとの両方の値を、マイクロコントローラ23のEEPROMのような内部不揮発メモリに永久的に再設定不可能で且つ消去不可能な形態で記憶するようにプログラムされている。
Claims (15)
- 熱シールシート状パッケージ材(3)によって作られ且つ食品を入れたシールされたパッケージ(8)を製造するように作動可能である包装装置(1)であり、
電力信号(VUS)を発生するように作動可能な電力信号発生源(19)を備えている超音波シール機(12)と、前記電力信号発生源(19)に電気的に接続されていて前記電力信号(VUS)を受け取り且つ該電力信号(VUS)に応答して前記シート状パッケージ材(3)を熱シールする超音波トランスジューサ(20)とを備えており、
前記超音波シール機(12)の超音波シールサイクルをカウントするように作動可能な電子カウンタ(10)を更に備えている、ことを特徴とする包装装置。 - 前記電子カウンタ(10)が、
前記電力信号供給源(19)から電力信号(VUS)を受け取り且つ該電力信号(VUS)を処理し、前記超音波シール機(12)の各超音波シールサイクルについての計数パルス(VP)を発生する構造とされている信号処理回路(13,14,17)と、
該信号処理回路(13,14,17)に電気的に接続されていて、前記計数パルス(VP)を受け取り且つ該パルスをカウントするパルスカウント回路(18)と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装装置。 - 前記パルスカウント回路(18)が、
前記超音波シール機(12)の超音波シールサイクルをカウントするように作動可能な超音波シールサイクルカウンタを提供する設計とされている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の包装装置。 - 前記パルスカウント回路(18)が更に、
該包装装置(1)の製造サイクルをカウントするように作動可能である製造サイクルカウンタを提供する設計になされている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の包装装置。 - 前記パルスカウント回路(18)が、外部の電子機器をプラグ接続できる構造とされており、前記超音波シール機(12)が作動しているときに該超音波シール機(12)の電力信号発生源(19)から電力を供給されるか、前記超音波シール機(12)が作動していないときに前記プラグ接続されている外部の電子機器から電力を供給される構造とされる設計とされている、ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の包装装置。
- 前記パルスカウント回路(18)が、計数モードと終了モードとにおいて作動するように設計されており、前記計数モードにおいては、前記パルスカウント回路(18)に前記超音波シール機(12)の電力信号発生源(19)から電力が供給されているときに前記超音波シール機(12)の超音波シールサイクルが計数され、前記終了モードにおいては、前記パルスカウント回路(18)にプラグ接続されている外部の読み取り/書き込み機器から電力が供給されているときに前記超音波シール機(12)の前記計数された超音波シールサイクルが読み取られる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記パルスカウント回路(18)が更にプログラミングモードで作動するように設計されており、該プログラミングモードにおいては、パルスカウント回路(18)は、該パルスカウント回路(18)にプラグ接続されている外部の電子プログラミング機器から電力を供給されているときに、適切にプログラムすることができるようになされている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記電子カウンタ(10)が更に、
前記超音波シール機(12)の前記電力信号供給源(19)に電気的に接続されて前記電力信号(VUS)を受け取り且つ該電力信号(VUS)を前記パルスカウント回路(18)のための電力(VST)に変換する電源(13,14,15)と、
電源(13,14,15)に電気的に接続されて該電源(13,14,15)によって供給される電力(VST)を示す電力レベル信号(VLEV)を供給する電力供給メータ(16)とを備えており、
前記パルスカウント回路(18)が、
前記電源(13,14,15)に電気的に接続されて電力(VST)を受け取り、前記電力供給メータ(16)に電気的に接続されて前記電力レベル信号(VLEV)を受け取り、前記信号処理回路(13,14,17)に電気的に接続されて前記計数パルス(VP)を受け取るようになされているマイクロコントローラ(23)と、前記マイクロコントローラ(23)に電気的に接続されて該マイクロコントローラが外部の電子プログラミング機器によってプログラムされるのを可能にするプログラミングポート(25)と、前記マイクロコントローラ(23)に電気的に接続されて該マイクロコントローラ(23)が外部の電子読み取り/書き込み機器によって読み取られ/書き込まれることができるようにしている読み取り/書き込みポート(26)とを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の包装装置。 - 前記マイクコントローラ(23)が、
超音波シールサイクルに対応する計数パルス(VP)を、前記超音波シール機(12)の校正サイクルに対応する計数パルス(VP)から区別し、
超音波シールサイクルが起こったときに該超音波シールサイクルカウンタを作動させるようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の包装装置。 - 前記マイクロコントローラ(23)が更に、
前記電力レベル信号(VLEV)を感知して前記電源(13,14,15)からの電力(VST)がマイクロコントローラ(23)の電力のオフ切換え電力より低下したことを検知し、
前記電力レベル信号(VLEV)が、前記電源(13,14,15)からの電力(VST)がマイクロコントローラ(23)のオフ切換え電力より低下したことを示しているときに、前記超音波シール機(12)の計数された超音波シールサイクルを永久的に記憶するようにプログラムされている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の包装装置。 - 前記マイクロコントローラ(23)が更に、
前記電力レベル信号(VLEV)が、前記電源(13,14,15)からの電力(VST)が前記マイクロコントローラ(23)のオフ切換え電力より低下したことを示しているときに、前記製造サイクルカウンタを作動させるようにプログラムされている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。 - 前記マイクロコントローラ(23)が更に、
前記電力レベル信号(VLEV)が、前記電源(13,14,15)からの電力(VST)が前記マイクロコントローラ(23)のオフ切換え電力より低下したことを示しているときに、該包装装置(1)の前記カウントされた製造サイクルを永久に記憶する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記電子カウンタ(10)が前記超音波トランスジューサ(20)のハウジング内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 熱シールシート状パッケージ材(3)によって作られ且つ食品を入れたシールされたパッケージ(8)を製造するように作動可能である包装装置(1)において使用するための超音波シール機(12)であり、
電力信号(VUS)を発生するように作動可能な電力信号発生源(19)、該電力信号発生源(19)に電気的に接続されていて前記電力信号(VUS)を受け取り且つ該電力信号(VUS)に応答して前記シート状パッケージ材(3)を熱シールする超音波トランスジューサ(20)と、該超音波シール機(12)の超音波シールサイクルをカウントするように前記請求項1〜13のうちのいずれか一項に記載の電子カウンタ(10)とを備えている、ことを特徴とする超音波シール機。 - 熱シールシート状パッケージ材(3)によって作られ且つ食品を入れたシールされたパッケージ(8)を製造するように作動可能である包装装置(1)において超音波シール機(12)と共に使用するための請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の電子カウンタ(10)であり、前記超音波シール機(12)の超音波シールサイクルをカウントするための電子カウンタ。
