Description
Claims (8)
- 細長いロッド(10)、前記ロッドの患者側端にマウントされたビデオカメラ(15)及び前記ロッドに沿って延びる可撓性電気ケーブル(17)を有する医療外科用導入器具であって、
前記器具は、前記ロッド(10)の機械側端(3)にマウントされて前記電気ケーブルに電気的に接続された電気的コネクタ(2)を有し、
前記電気的コネクタ(2)は、前記カメラ(15)の視野の視覚的ディスプレイを提供するように構成されたディスプレイユニット(4)とケーブル(5)を介して接続された対応コネクタ(6)と接続できるように適合されており、
前記ロッド(10)上の前記コネクタ(2)の横寸法は、前記対応コネクタ(6)を外した後に前記電気的コネクタ(2)を超えて前記ロッド(10)に沿わせるように医療外科用チューブ(50)を被せることのできるものとされている、
ことを特徴とする、医療外科用導入器具。 - 前記コネクタ(2)の横寸法は、ロッドのそれの約2倍を超えないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記ロッド(10)は、可撓性の材料からなり、挿入時に保持される形状に湾曲可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記ロッド(10)の長さは、実質的に720mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 前記器具は、前記カメラ(15)の視野を照らすようにマウントされたLED光源(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の器具。
- ディスプレイユニット(4)と、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の導入器具とを含むアセンブリであって、
前記ディスプレイユニット(4)が、前記ロッドの機械側端のコネクタ(2)に嵌合された前記電気的コネクタ(6)に可撓性電気ケーブル(5)を介して接続さている、ことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 細長い可撓性ロッド(10)と、
前記ロッド(10)の患者側端(12)よりにマウントされたビデオカメラ(15)と、
前記ロッド(10)に沿って延びる可撓性電気ケーブル(17)と、
前記ロッド(10)の機械側端(3)にマウントされて前記電気ケーブル(17)に電気的に接続された電気的コネクタ(2)と、
前記ロッド(10)に沿ってかつ前記コネクタ(2)を超えて沿わせるように被せることのできる気管内チューブ(50)と、
を含むアセンブリ。 - 気管(T)に気管内チューブ(50)を挿入する方法であって:
細長い可撓性ロッド(10)と、前記ロッド(10)の患者側端(12)にマウントされたビデオカメラ(15)と、前記ロッド(10)に沿って延びる可撓性電気ケーブル(17)と、前記ロッド(10)の機械側端(3)にマウントされて前記電気ケーブル(17)に電気的に接続された電気的コネクタ(2)とを含む導入器具を準備するステップ;
前記カメラ(15)の視野の視覚的ディスプレイを提供するように構成されたディスプレイユニット(4)と可撓性ケーブル(5)を介して接続されている対応コネクタ(6)を、前記ロッド(10)上の前記電気的コネクタ(2)と接続するステップ;
前記ロッド(10)を所望の形状に湾曲させるステップ;
前記ロッドの患者側端(12)を、前記ディスプレイユニット(4)を観察しながら前記ロッドの患者側端が前記所望の位置に到達するまで、気管(T)に挿入するステップ;
前記対応コネクタ(6)を前記ロッド(10)の機械側端(3)のコネクタ(2)から外すステップ;
気管内チューブ(50)を、該チューブ(50)が前記所望の位置に到達するまで、前記ロッド(10)の機械側端(3)から、前記電気的コネクタ(2)を超えて前記ロッド(10)に沿うように被せるステップ;並びに、
その後、前記ロッド(10)を摘出して前記チューブ(50)をその位置に留まらせるステップ;
を含む挿入方法。
