Claims (11)
- アーマチュアを含むソレノイドと;

前記ピストンに接続されるピストンばねと;
少なくとも1つの二次オリフィスであって、前記ピストンの、前記開放位置への運動は前記少なくとも1つの二次オリフィスを少なくとも部分的に開放し、前記ピストンの、前記閉鎖位置への運動は前記少なくとも1つの二次オリフィスを少なくとも部分的に閉鎖する、前記少なくとも1つの二次オリフィスとを含み;
前記アーマチュアの運動は前記ピストンの運動を作動させ、前記一次オリフィスから前記少なくとも1つの二次オリフィスを通じた流体の流れを制御する;
