Claims (15)

  1. 基質(12)内に治療薬剤を送達する注入カテーテル(1)であって、1つまたは複数のルーメン(14)と基質内に延在可能な湾曲送達部材(2)とを備え、該ルーメンは基質外部に位置するときに該湾曲送達部材(2)を誘導する働きをし、該送達部材(2)はその遠位先端(4)に少なくとも2つ開口部(6)を有する中空管を含み、該遠位先端(4)は遠位ゾーン(10)と近位ゾーン(8)とを含み、
    注入カテーテル(1)は、湾曲送達部材(2)の遠位先端(4)の遠位ゾーン(10)の開口部(6)の比表面積が、湾曲送達部材(2)の遠位先端(4)の近位ゾーン(8)の開口部の比表面積よりも大きく、基質内に配置されるとき送達部材(2)は湾曲状になることを特徴とする、注入カテーテル。
  2. 前記遠位先端の遠位ゾーン(10)と近位ゾーン(8)の比表面積は、0.01mm2/mmから0.25mm2/mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入カテーテル。
  3. 前記比表面積は、開口部(6)の平均表面積の増大によって、近位ゾーン(8)と遠位ゾーン(10)の間で増大することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の注入カテーテル。
  4. 前記比表面積は、前記開口部の総表面積の増大によって、近位ゾーン(8)と遠位ゾーン(10)の間で増大することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の注入カテーテル。
  5. 前記比表面積は、前記開口部(6)の密度の増加によって、近位ゾーン(8)と遠位ゾーン(10)の間で増大することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の注入カテーテル。
  6. 湾曲送達部材(2)の基質(12)への貫通の深さ制御は、形状記憶機能を有する湾曲部材、ストッパを備えた部材、あるいは超音波またはその他の放射線検出可能技術によって検出可能な部材からなる群の一つによってなされることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れかに記載の注入カテーテル。
  7. 湾曲送達部材(2)は中空針(16)であることを特徴とする、請求項1からの何れかに記載の注入カテーテル。
  8. 中空針(16)の遠位先端の開口表面積は2%から20%であることを特徴とする、請求項に記載の注入カテーテル。
  9. 湾曲送達部材(2)は穿孔部材(18)の周囲に置かれたスリーブ(20)であることを特徴とする、請求項1からの何れかに記載の注入カテーテル。
  10. スリーブ(20)の遠位先端の開口表面積は2%よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項に記載の注入カテーテル。
  11. 注入カテーテルの近位先端に注入圧力を制御するポンプをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から1の何れかに記載の注入カテーテル。
  12. 治療薬剤を基質(12)に送達するための、請求項1から1の何れかに記載の注入カテーテルの使用。
  13. 基質(12)は心筋であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入カテーテルの使用。
  14. 治療薬剤は細胞を含む溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項1または1に記載の注入カテーテルの使用。
  15. 該細胞は幹細胞であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の注入カテーテルの使用。
