Claims (2)
- 人の背中に締着する高層建築物から人を下降させる非常装置であって、該装置は、前記人を配置する膜を有する中央ドーナツ型膨張室を含み、該室を片側で、膨張スポークに連結し、該スポークを、膨張時に、円錐形に配列可能とし、膨張連結体によって相互連結し、前記室をもう片側で、膨張スポークによって前記中央ドーナツ型室に同様に連結するドーナツ型膨張室を有する膨張制動構造体に連結し、前記制動構造体のドーナツ型膨張室の直径を、前記中央ドーナツ型室の直径より大きく、且つ膨張時にまっすぐに伸び、連結体によって相互連結するスポークによって形成する円錐の底面の直径より小さくし、非通気性布を、各ドーナツ型室の前記スポーク間に張設する、或いは前記ドーナツ型室と共に前記スポークを非通気性保護カバーで被覆するが、中央ドーナツ型室領域に共通底面を有し、同方向の異なる直径の大底面を有する2つの円錐台の形で、円錐形の減速シールドを形成するために、これを行い、前記膜を、制動構造体の前記ドーナツ型室に張設し、前記膨張制動構造体の非通気性布には穴を開けるよう設計し、独立したガス充填源を、前記ドーナツ型膨張室の1つと、又は前記膨張スポークの1つと連通させ、全ての前記ドーナツ型室及びスポークの内部容積を、互いに連通させ、単一の閉容積体を形成することを特徴とする前記装置。
- 人の背中に固定する高層建築物から人々を下降させる個人用非常装置であって、該装置は、独立したガス充填源によって中央ドーナツ型膨張室を含み、該室を片側で、膨張スポークに連結し、該スポークを、中央ドーナツ型室の直径より大きな直径を有する前記上側ドーナツ型室と連結させ、前記室をもう片側で、前記下側ドーナツ型膨張室から成る膨張制動構成体に連結し、前記被救助者を配置する前記膜を、前記中央ドーナツ型室に取着し、前記下側ドーナツ型膨張室の直径を、前記中央ドーナツ型室の直径より大きく、且つ前記上側ドーナツ型室の直径より小さくし、前記膨張スポークによって前記中央ドーナツ型室と連結し、前記膜を、前記下側ドーナツ型室に該室の中央空洞部内で取着し、非通気性布を、各上下ドーナツ型室のスポーク間に張設する、或いは各ドーナツ型室のスポークを、非通気性保護カバーで外側を被覆して、共通底面を有し、同方向の異なる直径の大底面を有する2つの円錐台を形成し、独立したガス充填源は、前記ドーナツ型膨張室の1つと、又は前記膨張スポークの1つと連通させ、全ての前記ドーナツ型室及びスポークの内部容積を、互いに連通させ、単一の閉容積体を形成し、前記膨張制動構造体の非通気性布には穴を開けるよう設計することを特徴とする前記装置。
