- 建築物の外壁として使用される外部強化ガラスと内部強化ガラスとを有するものの、外部強化ガラスと内部強化ガラスとの間に順に第1エチレンビニルアセテートフィルム、セル、第2エチレンビニルアセテートフィルム、半透明デザインシート、第3エチレンビニルアセテートフィルムを有する二重ガラスモジュールを備える建物一体型太陽電池モジュール。

- 凹凸構造の断面が三角形で、三角形の前方エッジ角が50〜60度であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の建物一体型太陽電池モジュール。
- セルの表面にも凹凸構造が形成され、セルと屈折強化ガラスの凹凸構造形状が一致することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の建物一体型太陽電池モジュール。
- 外部強化ガラスと内部強化ガラスとの間の周りがシーリング材で密封処理されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちの何れか1項に記載の建物一体型太陽電池モジュール。
- シーリング材がイソブチレン重合体と熱可塑性重合体とを含む組成物(BU−TPS)からなる第1シーリング材、及び第1シーリング材の外郭周りに設置され、チオコール(Thiokol)からなる第2シーリング材から構成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の建物一体型太陽電池モジュール。
- 二重ガラスモジュールに配線箱及びケーブルが装着されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちの何れか1項に記載の建物一体型太陽電池モジュール。
- 二重ガラスモジュールが基礎部材上に垂直に設置されて支持フレームにより支持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちの何れか1項に記載の建物一体型太陽電池モジュール。
