Abstract
Description
a) 周囲湿度よりも高い相対湿度を有する加湿された環境を生成する工程と、
b) 前記加湿された環境にオゾンを放出する工程と、
c) 前記加湿された環境の除染と、滅菌と、衛生化との少なくとも1つの必要な程度を達成する濃度でオゾンのレベルを維持する工程と、
d) 前記除染と、滅菌と、衛生化との少なくとも1つがされた環境の相対湿度を減少させる工程と、
e) オゾンの濃度を所定のレベルに減少させるために、実質的に、前記除染と、滅菌と、衛生化との少なくとも1つがされた環境を触媒を通過させて、環境の相対湿度の減少を続ける工程とを具備する。
Claims (20)
- 閉鎖環境を滅菌と、衛生化と、除染との少なくとも1つをする方法であって、
a) 周囲湿度よりも高い相対湿度を有する加湿された環境を生成する工程と、
b) 前記加湿された環境にオゾンを放出する工程と、
c) 前記加湿された環境の除染と、滅菌と、衛生化との少なくとも1つの必要な程度を達成する濃度でオゾンのレベルを維持する工程と、
d) 前記除染と、滅菌と、衛生化との少なくとも1つがされた環境の相対湿度を減少させる工程と、
e) オゾンの濃度を所定のレベルに減少させるために、前記除染と、滅菌と、衛生化との少なくとも1つがされた環境を触媒を通過させて、環境の相対湿度の減少を続ける工程とを具備する方法。 - 前記放出されたオゾンと優先的に反応するために、2次のオレフィンの炭素−炭素二重結合を含む炭化水素を前記環境に取り入れる工程をさらに具備する請求項1の方法。
- オゾン及び過酸化水素の濃度が安全レベルに下がるまで、前記除染と、衛生化と、滅菌との少なくとも1つがされた環境を前記触媒を通して循環処理する工程をさらに具備する請求項2の方法。
- d)の工程から得られた水を循環処理して、a)の工程で前記水を再使用する工程をさらに具備する請求項1ないし3のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記相対湿度の減少は、除湿工程によって果される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記相対湿度の減少は、水分子を除去するために前記環境を水吸収剤を通過させることよって果される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記相対湿度の減少は、前記環境を加熱することによって果される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記相対湿度の減少は、前記環境を水吸収剤を通過させて前記環境を加熱させるのに続いて、除湿工程によって果される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1の方法。
- c)の工程で維持されるオゾンのレベルは、1ないし100ppmv/vの範囲にある請求項1ないし8のいずれか1の方法。
- d)の工程は、前記オゾンのレベルを職業曝露レベル(OEL)未満に減少させる請求項1ないし9のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記相対湿度は、周囲条件に基づいて約30%に減少される請求項1ないし10のいずれか1の方法。
- 加湿器ユニットと、
オゾン放出ユニットと、
湿度減少手段と、
オゾン除去触媒と、
制御装置とを具備し、
前記制御装置によって、前記加湿器ユニットと、前記オゾン放出ユニットと、前記湿度減少手段との少なくとも1つが、所定の条件に基づいて制御される請求項1ないし11のいずれか1の方法で使用する滅菌及び除染装置。 - 前記湿度減少手段によって得られた水を循環処理するための循環処理手段をさらに具備する請求項12の装置。
- 前記湿度減少手段は、除湿器ユニットを有する請求項12又は13の装置。
- 前記湿度減少手段は、水分吸収ユニットを有する請求項12又は13の装置。
- 前記水分吸収ユニットは、シリカゲルを含む請求項15の装置。
- 前記水分吸収ユニットは、分子ふるいを含む請求項15の装置。
- 前記湿度減少手段は、ヒータを有する請求項12又は13の装置。
- 前記湿度減少手段は、除湿器ユニットと、水分吸収ユニットと、ヒータとを有する請求項12又は13の装置。
- 前記触媒を通過する前後の両方に、相対湿度及びオゾンの濃度をモニタするセンサをさらに具備する請求項12ないし19のいずれか1の装置。
