Claims (15)
- 化学的分離のための装置であって、

溶離液を受け取るための入り口と、溶離液のスプレイを放射するための出口とを有するとともに、入り口を定めている変形可能部を備えており、変形可能部の弾性率がマイクロ流体基板の弾性率よりも低いスプレイユニットと、
変形可能部を実質的に流体を漏らさないシールを形成すべく基板に押し付けるように配置された力印加ユニットとを備えている、装置。 - 力印加ユニットが、ばねを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 開口に隣接して配置され、スプレイユニットの変形可能部を受け入れて、基板の出口開口に位置合わせするように配置させる位置合わせ用取付具をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 出口開口が、基板のエッジ面に配置されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 出口開口が、エッジ面の凹部にさらに配置されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 位置合わせ用取付具と基板との間のすき間に配置されたスペーサ接着剤をさらに備えている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 位置合わせ用取付具に取り付けられたコネクタ取付具をさらに備えており、
コネクタ取付具および力印加ユニットが協働して、スプレイユニットを基板に対する位置に固定する、請求項3に記載の装置。 - スプレイユニットが、力印加ユニットからの力を受けるための取付具をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- スプレイユニットの管腔が、出口開口の最大の寸法よりも小さい直径を有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 基板を自由に浮動する形式で支持する主ハウジングをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- スプレイユニットおよび力印加ユニットを支持し、変形可能部をマイクロ流体基板に接触させて配置させるべく主ハウジングへと取り外し可能に取り付けられる取り外し可能なハウジングをさらに備えている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- ハウジングが、ハウジングのオリフィスを介してガスを受け取るための入り口と、ガスをスプレイユニットへと届けるための出口とを有するガス通路を定めている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- マイクロ流体基板が、焼結された無機粒子を含んでおり、スプレイユニットの変形可能部が、ポリマーを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 無機粒子が、イットリア安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含んでおり、マイクロ流体基板に定められた分離カラムが、焼結イットリア安定化酸化ジルコニウムで形成されて被膜を有していない壁を有している、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 基板が、基板の表面に隣接して配置された接点パッドと、エレクトロスプレイ電圧をスプレイユニットへともたらすための遠位端とを有している電路をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
