Abstract
Description
同一面上にない直線に沿って平面を移動させることによって、又は同一面上にない直線に沿う曲面によって、形成される。柱の特別な実施形態は円柱であり、円柱は円の中心を通る直線に平行な円を移動させることによって形成され、前記直線は前記円の平面上には位置しない。円柱は、2つの平行な円形面(底面及び上面)と、いわゆる曲面とによって囲まれている。
(a)筒をその縦軸に沿って引き伸ばすステップと、
(b)引き伸ばされた筒の中に柱状要素を挿入するステップと、
(c)筒を緩めるステップと、を少なくとも備えている。

Claims (15)
- 柔軟で輪郭が描かれた筒を柱状要素上に取り付ける方法であって、
(a)筒をその縦軸に沿って引き伸ばすステップと、
(b)引き伸ばされた筒内に柱状要素を挿入するステップと、
(c)筒を緩めるステップと、を少なくとも備えている方法。 - 輪郭が描かれた筒の長さは、引き伸ばしの結果として1%から20%だけ増加する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 引き伸ばしは少なくとも2つの位置で筒を掴むことによって実行され、掴んでいる位置は互いから相対的に離れていく、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- センタリング装置は、柱状要素を挿入するために用いられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 緩める前及び/又は緩めている間に、均一な圧入及び経路形状を生み出すために、筒と柱状要素との間で調整が実行される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 調整は、筒に描かれた輪郭線の逆に対応する輪郭線を有するマトリックスを用いて実行される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の方法を用いて、螺旋チューブが支持チューブ上に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする照射モジュールを製造する方法。
- 螺旋チューブの最小内径が支持チューブの外径よりも1%から5%小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 圧入により互いに接続される、螺旋チューブ及び支持要素を少なくとも備えている照射モジュールにおいて、
照射モジュールは、請求項7又は8に記載の方法により製造されている、ことを特徴とする照射モジュール。 - 柔軟で輪郭が描かれた筒を柱状要素上に取り付けるための装置であって、
1以上の位置で筒を掴む手段と、筒をその縦軸に沿って引き伸ばす手段と、引き伸ばされた筒内に柱状要素を挿入する手段とを、少なくとも備えている、装置。 - 掴む手段は、少なくとも2つの掴み要素を備えており、掴み要素は筒をその両端で保持しており、少なくとも1つの掴み要素が移動可能であり、筒を引き伸ばしている間に、掴み要素が互いから相対的に離れるようになっている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 筒を掴む手段は、筒の長さにわたって均一に分布し且つ互いから相対的に離れることができる2以上の掴み要素からなっている、ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の装置。
- 柱状要素に関連して、引き伸ばされた筒を調整する手段をも備えている、請求項10から12のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 筒のための温度制御手段をも備えている、請求項10から13のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 柔軟で輪郭が描かれた筒を第2筒内に挿入する方法であって、
(a)輪郭が描かれた筒をその縦軸に沿って引き伸ばすステップと、
(b)引き伸ばされた筒を第2筒内に挿入するステップと、
(c)輪郭が描かれた筒を緩めるステップと、を少なくとも備えている方法。
