Claims (4)
- 算術平均粗さが4μm以上100μm以下となるように粗面化されたフッ素系樹脂材料で流路内壁面の少なくとも一部が構成される流路構造と、
前記流路内壁面の少なくとも一部に気泡が付着した状態で前記流路構造の内部を流れる固形物が除去された水に向けて紫外光を照射する光源と、を備えることを特徴とする照射装置。 - 前記流路内壁面は、サンドブラスト処理により粗面化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照射装置。
- 前記流路内壁面は、フッ素系樹脂材料の樹脂ペレットを圧縮成形することにより粗面化されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照射装置。
- 前記流路構造の上流に設けられ、前記流路構造の内部を流れる水に空気を供給する曝気装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照射装置。
