Abstract
Description
事故調査結果を調べてみると、車両が車道ないしは車線を逸脱することが交通事象において最も頻度の高い事故原因となっており、それとともに交通関与者の中から著しい数の負傷者あるいはそれどころか死者を出す要因にもなっている。
Claims (11)
- 車道上に位置する車両の危険な走行状態を検出する方法において、
前記車両の第1の車輪の垂直方向運動の時間経過特性を表すのに適した第1のダンパ信号(310)を、インタフェースを介して受信するステップと、
前記第1のダンパ信号を評価規則(312)に従い評価して、該第1のダンパ信号に基づき、前記車道からの前記第1の車輪の側方への逸脱に対する第1の確率値(314)を求めるステップと、
前記第1の確率値に依存して前記車道からの車両の逸脱を通知するために、評価信号(318)を供給するステップ
が設けられていることを特徴とする、
車両の危険な走行状態を検出する方法。 - 前記車両の第2の車輪の垂直方向運動の時間経過特性を表すのに適した第2のダンパ信号(310)を、前記インタフェースを介して受信するステップと、
前記第2のダンパ信号を評価規則(312)に従い評価して、該第2のダンパ信号に基づき、前記車道からの前記第2の車輪の側方への逸脱に対する第2の確率値(314)を求めるステップと、
前記第1の確率値と前記第2の確率値に依存して前記車道からの車両の逸脱を通知するために、評価信号(318)を供給するステップ
が設けられている、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第1の確率値(314)が前記車道からの第1の車輪の逸脱を表し、該第1の確率値による車道逸脱の通知後まえもって定められた期間内で、前記第2の確率値(314)が前記車道からの第2の車輪の逸脱を表したならば、前記評価信号(318)は車道からの逸脱を通知する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 車両速度に関する情報(330)を前記インタフェースを介して受信するステップと、
該車両速度に関する情報に基づき車道境界への車両の進入角度を求めるステップと、
前記第1の確率値(314)による前記第1の車輪の車道逸脱の通知と前記第2の確率値(314)による前記第2の車輪の車道逸脱の通知との間の期間を求めるステップ
が設けられている、請求項2または3記載の方法。 - 前記評価規則は、前記確率値(314)を求めるために前記ダンパ信号(310)をまえもって定められた比較値と比較(406,407)するように構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記評価規則は、前記ダンパ信号(310)に基づき、まえもって定められたタイムインターバル内の車輪垂直運動の平均値および/または分散をまえもって定められた比較値(406,407)と比較するように構成されている、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記車両の走行ダイナミクス情報(430)を前記インタフェースを介して受信するステップが設けられており、前記評価信号(318)はさらに該走行ダイナミクス情報に基づき車両の車道逸脱を通知する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記評価信号(318)は分類法を使用して形成される、請求項7記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の方法のすべてのステップを実行する制御装置。
- コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記憶されているプログラムコードを備えたコンピュータプログラム製品において、
プログラムが制御装置において実行されると、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の方法を実施することを特徴とする、
コンピュータプログラム製品。 - 車道上に位置する車両の危険な走行状態を検出する装置において、
少なくとも1つのセンサ(301,302,303,304)が設けられており、該センサは、前記車両の車輪における垂直方向運動の時間経過特性を捕捉し、ダンパ信号(310)として供給し、
請求項9記載の制御装置が設けられており、該制御装置は前記ダンパ信号を受信することを特徴とする、
車両の危険な走行状態を検出する装置。
