Description
Claims (17)
- オイルサンプに接続され、空気圧縮機に接続された吐出管路を備えるオイルポンプと、
加圧油を受け入れるように前記オイルポンプに接続されたプライミングタンクと、
該プライミングタンクに接続されたアウトライン管路に設けられ、前記オイルポンプの前記吐出管路にさらに接続された制御弁と
を備え、
前記プライミングタンクは、前記オイルポンプからの一回の充填分の油を維持すると共に該一回の充填分の油を前記制御弁の作動によって選択的に解放するように構成される、空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。 - 前記制御弁はソレノイド弁を備える、請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。
- 前記プライミングタンクは、前記空気圧縮機の潤滑通路の容積総量に少なくとも等しい容積を有する、請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。
- 前記プライミングタンクは、前記制御弁が作動すると前記吐出管路内に油を送り込むようになっているダイアフラムを備える、請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。
- 前記プライミングタンクの上流に入口逆止弁をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。
- 前記制御弁の上流に出口逆止め弁をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。
- 前記プライミングタンクは、サンプ戻り管路及びオイルポンプリリーフ弁を介して前記オイルサンプに流体接続される、請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。
- オイルサンプに接続され、空気圧縮機に接続された吐出管路を備えるオイルポンプと、
前記オイルサンプに接続され、前記空気圧縮機へつながる前記吐出管路に流体連結された前潤滑オイルポンプと
を備え、
前記前潤滑オイルポンプは、前記空気圧縮機の動作前に加圧油を前記吐出管路に提供するようになっている、空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。 - 前記前潤滑オイルポンプは電気ポンプを備える、請求項8に記載の空気圧縮機の前潤滑システム。
- 空気圧縮機を前潤滑する方法であって、
前記空気圧縮機の通常運転中に一回の充填分の油をプライミングタンク内に保管するステップと、
前記空気圧縮機の停止中に前記一回の充填分の油を前記プライミングタンク内に維持するステップと、
加圧された潤滑を前記空気圧縮機に提供するために、前記空気圧縮機が起動する前に前記一回の充填分の油を選択的に解放するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記一回の充填分の油を解放する前記ステップは、制御弁の作動を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記制御弁はソレノイド弁を備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記プライミングタンクは、前記空気圧縮機の潤滑通路の容積総量に少なくとも等しい容積を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記プライミングタンクはダイアフラムを備え、
制御弁が作動すると前記ダイアフラムが前記吐出管路内に油を送り込むことを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 一回の充填分の油を前記プライミングタンク内に保管する前記ステップは、前記プライミングタンクに流体連結されたオイルポンプによって達成される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記プライミングタンクの上流に設けられた入口逆止弁によって、前記オイルポンプへの逆流を防止することをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 一回の充填分の油を解放する前記ステップは、制御弁の作動を含み、出口逆止弁が前記制御弁の上流に設けられる、請求項10に記載の方法。
