本発明はカップに用いられる蓋に関し、特に紙製の蓋に関する。
テイクアウトまたはインドア用コーヒー、お茶、アイスクリームなどすべての飲料用プラスチックカップ、発泡スチロールカップ、紙カップの蓋は、一般的に透明、半透明のプラスチック蓋が使われており、このようなプラスチック蓋は使い捨てであるため、環境汚染の問題があるとともに、油価上昇による製造費用の過多所要の問題がある。
そこで、捨てられたとき、自然分解されやすく、環境汚染を減少させ、石油製品を使わないようにして油価上昇による負担を減少させることができるようにするために、紙製蓋の使用が薦められている。
しかし、上記のような飲料用カップの蓋は、従来のプラスチック製蓋のように、衛生的で防水処理が必要であり、何回も繰り返して開閉時、柔軟性を有して破れることなく復元性を維持することが必要である。そこで、蓋を閉じた時、容器の胴体と完全に密着されて、運搬中、揺れによって外部に飲料が溢れることがないとともに、温度による伸縮もないという条件を満たしてこそ、蓋としての役割を果たすことができる。
しかし、従来の紙製蓋は、側壁の強度が弱すぎて、蓋がカップに強固に密着されず、カップから蓋が外れやすいという欠点があり、小さな揺れにも飲料が外部に溢れ出る欠点があって、プラスチック製蓋を紙製蓋に取り替えることが容易でなかった。
そこで、本発明は側壁の強度を強化して、蓋がカップに完全に密着されることができるようにして、カップから蓋が簡単に外れる欠点のない紙カップを提供することによって、カップを持って移動する際に、カップが搖れて飲料が外部に溢れ出る欠点を解決して、プラスチック製蓋に取り替えることができる紙製蓋を提供することを課題とする。
上記のような課題を解決するために、本発明は、天板と、天板の周りに下向きに設置される側壁とで構成される蓋において、側壁が補強材で補強された紙蓋を提供する。さらに、本発明は補強材を縦断面が「Ｕ」字状のテープで構成して、側壁が「Ｕ」字状のテープの中心ホームに挿入接合されて構成される紙製蓋を提供する。また、本発明は「Ｕ」字状のテープの内上端と天板との間に収納部が形成された紙カップを提供する。

また、本発明は補強材の内上端と天板との間に収納部が形成された紙カップを提供することによって、収納部がカップの上端周りを収納把持して、蓋とカップの結合を強固にすることによって、蓋の外れを防止するとともに、カップが搖れてもカップの中の飲料が溢れることを防止することができるようにする効果がある。天板に形成された切取線は、必要飲用量によって、切取部の大きさで穴の大きさを調節することができるという効果がある。
天板の周縁部を折曲して側壁を形成し、側壁にしわを形成してなる蓋の一例示図である。 図１に図示された蓋に補強材を設置してなる本発明の一実施例の部分切り取り斜視図である。 本発明の使用状態の一例示縦断面図である。 本発明の他の実施例の使用状態の縦断面図である。
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明について詳しく説明する。
天板１と、天板１の周りに下向きに設置される側壁２とで構成される蓋において、側壁２ が補強材で補強された紙蓋を提供する。このような紙蓋は一面または両面を合成樹脂でコーティングして形成させることができる。
側壁２は、天板１の外側周縁部を下向きに折曲して形成させ、側壁にしわ１０を形成させて構成されることが好ましいが、天板１に別途の壁材を接合して構成されることができる。
さらに、本発明は、補強材を縦断面が「Ｕ」字状のテープ３で構成して、側壁２が「Ｕ」字状のテープ３の中心溝に挿入接合されて構成される紙製蓋を提供する。
また、本発明は「Ｕ」字状のテープ３の内上端３１と天板１との間に収納部１１が形成された紙製蓋を提供する。
加えて、本発明は、天板１に切取線１２を形成して飲料を飲むとき、切取線１２に沿って切取部１３を切り取って穴を作ることができる紙蓋を提供する。このような切取線は２段階に形成されて、必要飲用量によって穴の大きさを調節することができるようにすることが好ましい。
また、本発明は添付された図４に図示されたように、補強材の外側上端を天板１の上位まで延長形成させて、延長された補強材の上端に巻き取り部４を形成させてなる紙蓋を提供する。このような紙蓋は手で持つときの感触を柔らかくし、カップの商品性を高級にする。
本発明は、記載された実施例に限定されるものではなく、本発明の思想及び範囲を逸脱しない範囲内で多様に修正及び変形することができることは、当該技術分野における通常の知識を有する者にとっては自明である。したがって、そのような修正例または変形例は本発明の特許請求の範囲に属するものとする。

Claims (7)

  1. 天板と、天板の周りに下向きに設置される側壁とで構成される蓋において、側壁が補強材で補強されたことを特徴とする紙蓋。
  2. 上記補強材は縦断面が「Ｕ」字状のテープであり、上記側壁が「Ｕ」字状のテープの中心溝に挿入接合されて構成されることを特徴とする請求項１記載の紙蓋。
  3. 上記補強材の内上端と天板との間に収納部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の紙蓋。
  4. 天板に切取線が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の紙蓋。
  5. 天板に切取線が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項３記載の紙蓋。
  6. 補強材は、外側上端に巻き取り部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の紙蓋。
  7. 補強材は、外側上端に巻き取り部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項３記載の紙蓋。
