Abstract
【解決手段】平行に配置され、長さ方向にビード領域(8、10)を形成するほぼ円筒形のジャケットシェル(2、4)からなるジャケットを備える圧力容器(1)及び輸送コンテナ、特に、前記圧力容器を備えるタンクコンテナユニット(100)は、前記ジャケットの端部が、湾曲した底部材(16、18)により閉じられ、前記ジャケットシェルの間に平坦な壁(6、6a、6b)である引張部材が配置され、該引張部材の上縁部(12)又は下縁部(14)が前記ビード領域へ伸び又は該ビード領域を貫いている。前記長さ方向に伸びかつ前記ジャケットシェルと前記引張部材とを連結するシェル部材(42)が、前記ビード領域に桁構造が形成されるように、前記ジャケットシェルと前記引張部材の面取りされた縁部(12、12a、14、14a)とに固定されている。

Claims (10)
- 平行に配置され、長さ方向にビード領域(8、10)を形成するほぼ円筒形のジャケットシェル(2、4)からなり、端部が、湾曲した底部材(16、18)により閉じられたジャケットを備える圧力容器であって、
前記ジャケットシェルの間に平坦な壁(6、6a、6b)である引張部材が配置され、該引張部材の上縁部(12)又は下縁部(14)は前記ビード領域の内部へ伸び又は該ビード領域を貫き、前記長さ方向に伸びかつ前記ジャケットシェルと前記引張部材とを連結するシェル部材(42)が、前記ビード領域に桁構造が形成されるように、前記ジャケットシェルと前記引張部材の面取りされた縁部(12、12a、14、14a)とに固定されている、圧力容器。 - 前記シェル部材は、前記ジャケットの少なくとも一部を取り巻き、該ジャケットに固定された外側のジャケットの一部である、請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記シェル部材は、前記長さ方向に伸びるキャンバー又は縁部分(47)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記底部材の開放された輪郭は前記ビード領域において前記ジャケットシェルの形状と異なる形状を有し、前記ビード領域は前記長さ方向の軸線に対して垂直かつ平坦なスパンドレル(24、26)により閉じられている、請求項2又は3に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記スパンドレルは前記引張部材の端部と前記シェル部材とに固定されている、請求項4に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記スパンドレルは、前記ビード領域における前記底部材の内側の輪郭に沿って伸びる外側輪郭領域(28、34)と、前記ビード領域における前記ジャケットシェルの輪郭の内方にある内側輪郭領域(30、36)とを有し、前記外側輪郭領域及び前記内側輪郭領域は、トップ部(7)及びベース部(9)にある端部(32、38)において鋭角をなして交差している、請求項4又は5に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記スパンドレルの前記端部はリブ状の延長部分(132a、132b)を有し、該延長部分は前記底部材及び前記ジャケットシェルの共通の輪郭に沿って前記トップ部及び前記ベース部を超えて伸びている、請求項4ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記ジャケットシェルの少なくとも1つは、上方のビード領域及び下方のビード領域のそれぞれにおける1つの周縁部(2a、2c、4a、4c)と、前記トップ部と前記ベース部との間の1つの周縁部(2b、4b)とを含む、異なる曲率を有する周縁部(2a、2b、2c、4a、4b、4c)を有し、前記トップ部と前記ベース部との間の周縁部の曲率が前記ビード領域における周縁部の曲率より大きい又は前記上方のビード領域における周縁部の曲率が前記下方のビード領域における周縁部の曲率と異なる、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記周縁部は異なる厚さを有する、請求項8に記載の圧力容器。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の圧力容器を備えるタンクコンテナユニット。
